I am re doing my review after yesterday’s first visit here. Don’t get me wrong the tech did a great job his name is Vic but their form of communication, and so eager for you to do your review prior to checking out made a lot of sense now. I had called in advance to ask how much for a full set and was given then price of $55, now mind you I still have nails on which were my natural nails at a long length that I only needed nails put on on the nails that broke so they can all be even. I showed them what I wanted and it was my first time very doing this design. Everywhere I’ve gone in the past they always tell me ok no problem it would be this much for design or this much for shape etc. Not here he said ok and continued. The pedicure was not good I had to have another person repolish after the lady. Then before I even get up from my chair to go pay the lady from the front comes and tells me to leave review and she even pressed on the 5 stars not me. I thought oh ok maybe they are giving a discount or something i don’t know I mean it is my first time here. And then when I finished the review I put the price range I thought I was going to be paying and I got the basic pedicure too by the way. When I go check out she tells me $125. It was $90 for the nails alone!!! Sorry but I don’t know about you ladies but I’ve never ever paid $90 for nails alone. The most I’ve paid and that is for both my nails and pedicure has been $100-110 because I always get basic pedicure but the nails have never been that much. She mentioned how is $30 extra for French tip design. That’s should’ve been said to me prior to doing it. I would’ve changed my mind and picked a different design or go with basic color and just do designs on 2 nails etc. but would’ve never paid not extra $30 for nothing like that. They also don’t even offer you anything to drink until towards the end and when she asked me what I wanted I said a coke please and she brought it warm temperature and just opened it for me but no straw or nothing. I regret coming because I paid for an amount I was not planing on spending. I don’t even spend this...

I was disappointed with the service today. The lady who did my polish change was nice and sweet, she did a great job. Until she was asked to stop and service someone else who had just walked in.. Not to mention she wasn’t done with me. I heard the lady who I’m thinking is either the owner are manager ask if she could go help with an appointment that’s wasn’t even hers. So now I’m sitting here waiting on someone to come finish my polish change. No one should get treated differently because of the service they are getting. Today i watched the receptionist offer a couple people drinks that came in after me. She never came over to offer me anything. I’m guessing the service they were getting was more expensive than a polish change so I didn’t deserve to be ask if I wanted something to drink! So again it depends on what you spending to get treated fairly. And this is not the first time i noticed this it’s the second time. Well i whether spend my money with a company that values and appreciate they customers. And not pick and choose who they should cater to because of what service they...

My nails came out really cute! However the wait time was 45 minutes when they told me it would be 15-20. I was also told to get gel x bc it was the same price as powder so I said yes and it was actually $15+ more expensive. I don’t like when they are not honest and transparent with prices. Nail techs should be held accountable for misleading clients into getting a more expensive service saying it’s no extra cost when it is. Also I thought I’d be getting 40% off which is the main reason I came and they said it was only for first 20 customers… that’s not what the flyer said

Update after owner response: thanks for the response and clearing up my concerns I went ahead and changed it to 5 stars since I had not considered the design and soak off charge. I don’t follow your social media platforms so I was basing it off of the big banner outside the salon. I did really like my nails but I was frustrated by the end of my service with all the confusion.
