Recently had my wedding reception here. Staff were very friendly and accommodating with my wedding reception. The two gentleman who were on staff the night of my reception were absolutely wonderful. The place seats 304 with no dance floor and about 260 comfortably work a dance floor. We rented hall A and B along with the patio and kitchen area. This place allowed us to cook in the kitchen which was a big plus for us as a lot of venues only allow licensed caterers to cook food in their kitchens. Admin staff were great with communicating everything I needed from the start to finish. The contract is very strict and specific as well on times, alcohol, and decorating so be sure to read it thoroughly. Lots of parking, ample amount of restrooms, spacious lobby, great overall turnout. I attended a wedding n was very nicely impressed at the cleanliness n size of the facility including the restrooms. They use the 2 areas by the entrance one for the ceremony n the second for the reception. Aside from the beautiful wedding this was a very nice place n the couple were even able to take some pictures by the park that is next to it. And we felt very safe by the 2 security guards on duty. I haven't a clue... I just drop m boyfriend Julio off then pick him up, other than visiting the lavatory here and there... but from what I can tell...it definitely is a college...lol ..looks decent..decent friendly students, no one looks too rambunctious as far as the outside looking in peeps could tell anyhow... thinking about taking some prerequisites myself sometime soon here.
