This review is for the 3 guys working Saturday night 6/4/2022 between 9:15-9-50 pm. What in the hell were you doing in there? I don't know if you 3 are all new, drunk or high?? We waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. I left the car to go inside to use the restroom (mind you I'm 9 months preggo) and see what was taking sooooo long. I was Looking through the window and watching them look at eachother holding food looking lost. I asked to use the restroom and they wouldn't let me in. They said I needed to order in the drive thru. I proceeded to tell them I was preggo and needed to use the restroom and they were taking too long.Two of them turned their back to me and started ignoring me and one walked down the hall. There were three cars in front of us and 4 behind us. No way to get out. When I went back to the car, everyone had their windows down and asked why it was taking so long. I told them it looked liked no one knew what they were doing and they didnt let me use the restroom. It wasnt worth their time to wait any longer as we were already there for 30 mins. Everyone behind us in line left. Which made it easy for us to leave as well. This was by far the worst drive thru/customer service experience I have ever been in. I'm not one to write reviews. Good or bad, but the manager needs to know. They lost service tonight. Which was probably a waste of food as well if they even started our order of 3 bean and...

I donāt understand what makes this one so different from the rest but they donāt seem to know what their own menu is because whenever I order the cheese dip, they NEVER get my order right. Iāve gone many times hoping they can figure it out but I guess they donāt care enough to get the customerās order correct. Today is November 6th at 11:30 am and whoever was running drive through, it was a male, doesnāt seem to understand the menu. I asked for the queso dip normal size multiple times. He had no idea what I was talking about. He didnāt even try to understand what I was talking about. I feel like you should at least try to figure out what the customer wants if you arenāt knowledgeable of your own menu. Itās frustrating to know that EVERY time you go to a certain drive through they mess up your order.
Update: just checked my bag and they gave me the smallest container of what I thought was the queso dip, it was Mayo. What the actual eff?? Never coming here again. You need a new staff. This one aināt it....

Very dissapointed on my visit here in cypress store number 493 I specially told the cashier who later on found out he is a manager ( Carlos ) I asked nicely please verifie that my tacos have the proper amount of cheese I asked twice he never told the prep crew when I complained and showed him my food he's response was it's a value Taco with an attitude like it was his restaurant shakeing his head in disbelief that I should have complaint because it's a value Taco that only costs 59 cents according to him . The crew started talking in Spanish and making comments like if I don't understand which made me feel very dissapointed in my own people which the while creating was Hispanic.
