Update: my wife and I have been back a couple times (she really likes the pizza) and it seems like they are working on the customer service. Last time we went in (Saturday March 4th) everyone seemed to be having a better time, smiling and being very friendly. Much better experience, maybe I don't hate this place after all.
...............
First time here...but I've had other similar things before. Probably won't be back.
Pizza was good, not great, just good. I like the whole wheat option. And the salad could have been good if...
From when we first walked in everyone seems unhappy, or at least like they are waiting to clock out... when we mentioned it was our first time, no one seemed willing to help, they just said something to the effect of, ok...that's great. The store wasn't even that busy. My wife and I put in our initial order then she asked for a salad in addition to her pizza. They pulled a side size salad but she asked about a full size salad which they eventually got for her. Then they didn't explain to her how the toppings worked and just seemed annoyed that she didn't know. So she gave up and didn't put much of anything on her salad.
Once we got our pizzas, and as we looked around at the employees, no one seemed to be smiling or enjoying their jobs. My wife and I have vast experience in customer service and management , and this would have really upset us if it was our team. In this city and in this type of location you would expect nothing less than excellence in customet service. A smile and a friendly face goes a long way. It's the...
Read moreUPDATE - last two times within 2 weeks I went in for the usual. I noticed the service station was more messy and toppings were just everywhere (FOOD ALLERGY CONCERN). While waiting for two pizzas and cheesey bread...I looked around and there was trash everywhere in the dining area and empty tables with trays, cups, and beer glasses. I ended telling the Shift Lead my concerns. I've never witness this location to be so disorganized. To top it off they over cooked my pizza and I watched it all happen and they still had the nerve to ask if I still wanted. So total time spent here 45 MINUTES. I recieved 1 free pizza card. I went back again...same shift leader....burned my pizza again...shift leader order them to redo and this loud mouth guy said it would pass and the shift lead said nope and walked away and stood hidden the whole time. He'd recognized me from the previous week. They were all chit chatting and no one was watching the oven. A couple in front of us was waiting much longer than I was for more pizzas...which I assumed they were burnt along with my 1 pizza and 1 cheesey bread. CONTACTRD CORPORATE before this review with no answer in two weeks. Bottom line they dont seem to care. This place has gone down. I dont blame the young adult workers...I blame management for setting them up to fail. No structure. No accountability. PLUS they use the same gloves for every order and they touch everything else in their...
Read moreThis was our first time eating here and I was not impressed with the food. Two of our pizzas were very burnt and you can see on the barbecue chicken pizza one of the slices hardly had any toppings on it and was just burnt bread. I ordered ahead for pick up and ordered the hot honey sauce to try, and was told they don’t have containers for it anymore and I would be reimbursed because they couldn’t give it to me. It’s been a few days and I still have not received that reimbursement on my credit card. I ordered an entrée size Italian salad and was shocked at the size of the salad for almost $10. Online it said it came with chicken on it but it didn’t have any on it and when I showed the girl that worked there, she added it on for me but said the website was wrong. She was very kind in trying to right the wrong. I can’t imagine how big the side salad is for $6 so I’m glad I didn’t buy that. The pizzas probably would’ve been good if they weren’t burnt. The garlic cheese bread was pretty good. I don’t think I’ll be returning here anytime...
