I cant say we will be coming back to this location. We are residents of Fairfield and have been coming here since this Panda Express was first open. Through the years we have watched this particular location loose sight of its quality service. A few weeks ago we had decided to try their online ordering as I had the flu and didnt want to come out of the house, and asked my husband if he could pick it up on the way home.. when I got here he was met with a very rude and impatient young man.. I tried to pass it off as hes younge, could have been having a bad day.. no harm, no foul. Well this evening my husband I got off from working a 12 hour shift and decided to order online on our way home. We figured, one more try... We were AGAIN met with an attitude by the evening "MANAGER." Argued about how we didnt order anything online from this location - that they had no record of it. Then got upset when my husband again tried to tell her that we did order it, had the confirmation # on top of the fact we had already paid for it. She then started screaming about how she' didnt have the order to her employees.. so from there we asked to speak with a manager (which is when we found out she was one) which got us nowhere, but a poorly formed "sorry" and "were a high business location" We were finally sent home with luke warm food and a sour experience, yet again. We will make the drive down to.the Fry Road location...
Read moreI visit several Panda Expresses... but this one falls short.....BIG! I stopped by on a Thursday evening at 4pm. I went to place an order to go. While standing waiting for the order taker to come, I could see a worker, Caucasian male, slam a box of what appeared to be frozen food on the floor repeatedly. His actions were as he was trying to loosen or break apart something in the box. Once he saw that I was looking, he picked the box up and proceeded to the prep area. I placed my order...noodles, vegetables and charbroiled chicken. They were out of chicken and the lady who was taking my order said it would take 10 minutes. I agreed to wait. I noticed she sat me noodles and veggies on the side and so I thought...that portion of my food would be cold once the chicken was done. The lady who was taking care of me called back and said, "I need more chicken". She continued helping others in line. I didn't' see anyone start the chicken request. The order taker finished helping others, looked at me and called back to the cooks...."I need more chicken". The order taker took care of more customers, finished with them and then looked at me again. She again called out for the chicken to be cooked. Her and the Caucasian male exchanged words and he started slamming things in the prep area. I told her this is...
Read moreI would give them zero stars if could. How does a business offer on line ordering pick up and have no on line notice or out front signage that states you would pick up your order in the drive thru line that is 12 cars deep. There are 5-6 employees in there and not one could graciously explain anything to the several people outside at the door attempting to pick up their orders, instead they all stood back and laughed at us all. You get to a window and the condescending punk employee when questioned about their process then Slams her finger to a sign that states on line orders are picked up in the drive thru.. well it doesn’t take rocket science to figure how would one see such signage at the drive thru window when you had placed an online order. I see this has been an issue before which confirms I am not the only “Karen” complaining about this. I work in a customer service industry and this lack of addressing truly shows the lack of managerial leadership at store front. I will take my business elsewhere. You all need some serious customer service training and a better action plan when handling Social distancing and food service processes. Too many other great...
