If giving no stars was an option, that's what I'd give. This company is awful. DO NOT shop here. I went to look for a wedding dress, after someone told me about it. I should have known better than to go to a mall for a wedding dress. The staff were so incredibly rude, they apparently have no staff available to assist customers wedding dress shopping on a weekend, which just blew my mind. I went twice, once to try on dresses by myself, made an appointment ahead of time, and was never even told that they wouldn't have anybody there to help me, I had driven over an hour to go so I wasn't about to turn back around without looking or trying anything on. After helping myself, and trying on dress on my own, I liked a few so decided to come back with friends to get opinions. Again I made an appointment for a weekend day, and was never told that nobody would be there. I get there right as they open, only to have someone that claimed to be the store manager, act completely rude and obnoxiously in front of other customers, saying well there's nobody here for the wedding department I don't know what you want me to tell you. Again, after driving that far out of my way and having 5 other people do the same, I didn't want to leave without trying stuff on. My friends ended up helping me through the entire process, and this apparently "store manager" was of no help what so ever, she knew nothing about the wedding section or how they do things. I asked her about how long it would take after ordering, if alterations were included, if sizes were available and she knew nothing. After all that, I still decided to take a chance because I found a dress that I really liked, she said that since I couldn't try anything on my actual size, she'd leave a message for the bridal manager to see if she can have the same dress in the size I need transferred from another store so that I can try it on before I purchase. The next day I get a call from the bridal manager, saying that it is not possible to do that and I have to pay for the dress before it can be transferred. They do not allow any refunds, returns, exchanges, etc on wedding dressses. So I go online and decide to just order the dress there rather than driving an hour again to that store, 4 days go by and I have no confirmation, update, etc. I decide to call the customer service, who then tells me that the dress I purchased is not available and will not be in on time for my wedding. Needless to say I will never return to this store for anything or...

I WISH I COULD GIVE IT NEGATIVE STARS FOR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Stopped in tonight for my daughter and I to chose bridal and flower girl dresses for my upcoming vow renewal. No one greeted us, no one helped us, no one even acknowledged we were there...with the exception of the store manager who followed us around as if we were going to swipe one of those bulky ball gowns. I noticed that many of the gowns on the 50% off section either didn't have a tag, tag wasn't marked down mathematically correct, or had hand written mark ups and/or notes on them.And not just simple notes..I means noes you wouldn't want customers to see, like "This dress is so damaged; use for sizing only."

There was no one in the bridal area, no sign that the area was closed for the day or by appointment only. There wasn't ANY employees around anywhere. Just customers and one dressing room attendant. After looking around through the racks I found a dress I wanted my daughter to try on (she's 13), but the attendant in the back was so consumed with entertaining her friends who came in to try on prom dresses that she ignored everyone else who was waiting to use the dressing room...so we went in on our own, she tried on the dress, and we came out to put the dress away. In the meantime, my husband came in looking for us and asked the same attendant has she seen us (he gave our description); she was soooooo rude to him. She kept yelling at him that he couldn't go into the dressing area, which he never came near the threshold, he was just trying to ask her had we come back there. I could hear him trying to be calm as she spoke over him yelling at him not to go into the dressing area. He couldn't even hear me trying to call out to him because she was so loud and rude. I was able to catch up with him as he was angrily leaving.

I talked him into staying because I wanted him to see the bridal gowns I picked out for our vow renewal. He goes over to the checkout to ask another attendant where the bridal dressing room was so that I could try on two gowns. She, too, was VERY rude and told him that there wasn't a consultant there and I would have to make an appointment or come back on a Saturday to try on gowns as a walk in IF they had time to help me. He was livid. He made us leave right then and there...and promise not to go back. Pity, because I had $1500 to spend on dresses...

The manager at this store has a poor attitude she walks around the store dreading to work she put her shirt over her head and avoids customer when asked for help. I made a purchase of a dress and I asked for my military discount which always is honored since my state is has a Veteran written on the top right corner she stated it is only for active duty members, I just stated you should clarify that on your sticker in the window she replied with an attitude I’m just a worker, I just wanted to leave transaction was paid and I grabbed the receipt to leave and she told me do not reach over the counter. That upset me and I asked for the manager and she said I’m the manager so I asked her again who is your manager she said me I reasoned again your manager or are you the owner she said she is not here I asked her for her name and she told me I can not give her name I told her no your name not your manager she just pointed to the QR code and walked away. This is rude to have a rude acting manager at your store please reach out to me if you really care about your customers please review your policy and remove the sticker that you have on your window that states that military discounts are given with the one that only is for active duty members.
