Traveling out of state my boyfriend and I visited this location. We went in with an item that he purchased for me for Christmas. One of the bangle bracelets. Walking in we were greeted by a salesperson to assist. The receipt says Angela but Iâm not for sure that was her name. She was middle age short. Black hair. We explained to her the situation then there was another sale person that may have been a manager or higher up. She looked over at the box and said to us âI donât have itâ then the original salesperson we had helping us she was logging on to pull up to scan the barcode of the bracelet that was still brand new never work not even fully tried on and the chime in states again âI know we donât have itâ our original stated she was still going to scan just to double check since we were informed by another store prior to this visit they had a total of 19 in store! Chime in got ma and walked away and blurted out âfind you go check do whateverâ so long behold she does find a MEDIUM IN MY SIZE ! She scanned in and I walked out with the bracelet! I am so grateful for her! But the way I was treated with the thicker sale person dark hair as well was totally uncalled for. I have had yet ANOTHER BAD EXPERIENCE at pandora! We really had a discussion about how it is such an issue to get the correct size they donât want to assist us, they give us attitude . They even LIED TO OUR FACES! (TRIED ANYWAYS) it was after I made the comment that âI will just buy it in a mediumâ with the idea of turning around to list the one that does not fit online since they donât stand by there products! Working in retail, I understand the challenges, but providing a simple acknowledgment to a customer is common courtesy. I visited the store to ask questions and make a purchase for my daughter. The sales associate informed me there were two customers ahead of me, which was fine. After an hour, I returned to the store, and the another associate was assisting other customers without acknowledging my presence. She didnât acknowledged me there where no hello or give moment Iâm busy be with you right away not thing. She look at me with disgust not sure she hate Spanish people or she thought I was broke . I show the two sales associates the ring and say "would you have this ring in a size 5.5 that I could try on?" And consider the response from TWO women who glanced at the ring: "we don't have that ring, you have to go to the __ store". Note the blank space in that sentence, because the sales lady was mumbling and was walking away from me, not even looking in my direction, and I couldn't understand her.
