Re: the business reply: please, post or email your video evidence so that I can delete my review and claim. I am not here to harm your business but rather alert shoppers to check their bank statements! I will also update my claim with the Better Business Bureau immediately if I’m wrong, Thanks!
———— Sam, the General Manager pictured on the left, sadly, is a thief. Buyer beware.
After walking away, if you pay on with a card or Apple Pay, he adds his own tip to your order hoping you won’t notice. I’ve gone here on multiple occasions and every time my physical receipt and digital receipt don’t line up. When confronted, about the fact that my bank receipt and the order total were not the same, he lied and said oh, you selected $1.30 tip, um no I didn’t, and I didn’t on purpose today because something’s not right. He just apologized and acted confused. No… you’re stealing from customers… and I’m positive he’s doing this all shift long. I cannot be the only one. Baffled I asked repeatedly (3x) and pointing out that the sign reads Taro Milk Tea. Also, suggesting that milk taro teas are usually made with green tea, as upon ordering I was going to ask to switch out for black tea. Well to my surprise, indeed it’s just taro powder, no tea just water. I couldn’t understand why no mix with tea vs water as my 4th inquiry. Nope, too much like right. Taro Milk Tea without THE TEA.
Music also playing too loud for employees to understand a...
