Reeds jewelers in the Potomac mills mall is by far the best jeweler in Woodbridge VA with their exceptional customer service alone! My husband and I had been shopping around helping my brother in law find the perfect ring for his engagement. After visiting other shops in the mall some known names and some smaller we soon realized what they all had in common and what truly set Reeds apart. As soon as you walk in the atmosphere is very inviting. The greet is natural and pleasant. Not overwhelmingly aggressive making you feel judged nor the get to business or move on type of way either. We had the pleasure to sit with Chris, such a knowledgeable and charismatic person that took his time to answer all of our questions and made us feel heard and completely secure in the purchase. So much so my husband and I went back alone to purchase our own wedding bands which I was very specific with details on modifying the original band in stock and he was a dream to work with. Having had a incredibly terrible experience prior with my own engagement ring. This was a blessing! He went above and beyond with updates and reassurance that the ring would get to me in time for my wedding during COVID mind you! I couldn’t say better things about this location and team that provided us such high quality service. Upon visiting for a good ol shinning on my band recently, Marissa was amazing! She listened to me ramble about my prior time with the other jeweler obviously I’m still bitter haha and she even advised me with information to help ease my tension which I couldn’t be more thankful for! She was so helpful, so engaged and made me feel so cared for, I loved feeling that. I'm late. MONTHS LATE in giving this because life seemed to just..take wheel and jam on the gas! Let me start off this experience stating my fiance and I knew our ballpark price with her ring, knew the GIA level we'd "like" to be at, and had been to a couple other stores beforehand. Walking in after reading reviews we knew WHO we wanted to talk to without a doubt. Mariam. She greeted us with a smile and asked us the basics to start off. She was very knowledgeable, super nice and made us both feel as if we were in great hands. She was honestly the most personable and upfront individual we had dealt with. My fiance felt completely taken care of, Informed about our options and we were at ease throughout the experience. Mariam stayed in constant contact with us to reassure us about everything.

Not only did Mariam help us with the band choice, and setting, she went ABOVE to help us secure an AMAZING GIA diamond not even found here locally. She is confident, she's extremely professional, personable and well trained in the diamond business.

She made our engagement special for both of us with her personal touch, her care after the sale, and even when we came in with a prong issue. Taken care of on another level.

I had the most amazing experience working with Reeds Jewelers at the Potomac Mills mall in Woodbridge, VA. I needed to have the perfect engagement ring in my hands in two days, and they pulled it off. I was going on a trip out of the country with my now Fiancé, and I wanted a ring to propose to her with. The only issue was the flight was 3 days away. I didn't think it was possible, but I wanted to try anyway, and Reeds really impressed me with their ability to get things done and done very, very well. They happened to have the right diamond I was looking for, only issue was it was already mounted to a band I did not like, but they said they could order the mount/band of my choosing to the store to be delivered the next day, get it to their jeweler (who only works 3 days a week there), and they would have it ready and mounted in 2 days. Sure enough they pulled it off and the ring was absolutely perfect. My girlfriend loves it and could not be happier (she said yes :D ).
