Pollo Pollo — Restaurant in Dallas

First time trying out El Pollo Pollo, I decided on going local vs buying from Pollo Regio and I'm glad I did. I bought a 2 piece with rice and beans and the papa asada with carnitas. The pollo had great flavor, the skin was nice and crunchy like I like it. Rice and beans were great, I loved the pickled onions they add to the salad, they were bomb. My only critique is that they removed the skin from the baked potato and placed it on a basket liner sheet so I had to be careful of pieces of liner. I love pollo regio but I’m so disgusted with the salsa they gave me. it was very much expired. it looks gross and it was very oily with chunky stuff in there that did not dissolve. I ordered the regio bowl and I honestly recommend ordering something else!
