Boost Mobile — Local services in Dallas

Rude staff. Door closed 15 min before closing time and once they let me in after knocking on the door Hispanic lady with glasses refuses to attend me. I then ask for boost mobile customer service number and she replies with "they don't have one I cant give you that number bc I have a dealer customer service number only" makes no sense why come in to work if you have that attitude towards your customers. I DO NOT recommend this business. I bought a product that after only two/three days was broken/non functional and I was told Sorry no guarantee. There are plenty of other businesses that stand behind their products. It’s apparent #BoostMobile survives on taking advantage of its customers. They helped me with a new phone and with switching over to Boost, which by no fault of theirs turned out to be quite a challenge. Nonetheless, the two ladies who were working that day stayed with it - made several calls to customer service on my behalf - until they got it done. I'm really happy that I went to this store specifically because I don't think I would have gotten that level of customer service at just any location that sells...
