Yoali Studio — Local services in Dallas

Unfortunately I did not get the experience I was hoping for. I get MARRIED in 2 months, I'm very stressed and in need of a me time day. I was very excited to go and establish a great relationship with an esti! I've not been to one in years but this place was just not for me. I made an appointment, I've never been here before so I called the day off to confirm where I should park, no answer and phone call went straight to voicemail. I thought it was just too early, I called around 9ish, I then called again around 4ish but again the phone call went straight to voicemail. I got a little worried so I looked up on google to see if I was calling the wrong number and noticed the hours stated they were closed on Monday. My appointment was at 5:10PM on Monday, since I've never been to this studio and no one was answering my calls or called back and left me a voicemail I was worried so I decided not to attend. I understand no show policies and understand why I was charged, I went ahead and called to follow up and get some clarity on a questions I had but I was talked to as if I was completely at fault. The first thing I was told after "hello" was "oh yeah, the appointment you did not show up to?" with sort of a sarcastic attitude. I was just calling for them to explain my charge since it seemed like there was a tip included not for someone trying to be sarcastic. Again, scheduling online was easy but costumer service was not great. I can't say anything about the treatments since I did not treat. I wish the hours in google would be updated so an overthinking person like me does not get worried about mistakenly scheduling on...
