I attended a program at this church facility on June 1, 2023 for Trinity Basin Preparatory School, that uses this facility while school is in session. Well as I walked in and turned right to go through the door, before the cafeteria area, I slipped and turned my left ankle 90 degrees inward towards my right foot. Now, this area has a slanted uneven floor that is not noted so I was not aware that the floor gradient changed. I only got to stay maybe ten minutes before I left to go to the ER about my injury. As I was leaving I noticed that our a wet floor sign down, after the fact and not to mention the security guard, stated how they need to make note that there is a dip. Maybe because this has happened before as to why he stated this. I have been trying to contact someone from this place to speak about this unsafe Hazzard and you would think these so called Christian folks would follow up to inquire about what happened, no they have yet to do so. Not to mention Wesley Nute with TBP telling me that it's not there problem and the chances of them taking accountability is zero to none. So this is a fair warning to anyone that attends this church or is on this property be aware, you fall, get hurt or slip like I did, tear ligaments, tendons and bone breaks in two areas off your foot don't expect then to give a damn. I am so glad my grandchild will not be attending this raggedy, unkempt and dangerous facility ever again. After 10 days I still am unable to walk and not sure if I will need surgery to repair the damaged caused will at Grace Temple property that Trinity Basin Preparatory uses, thanks for having such a...
