The place has so much potential to be great but it just kept going downhill the entire time. Positives: The food was decent. The brunch is fairly priced. You don’t really find deals like $35 steak and bottomless cocktails in Dallas anymore. Negatives: The manager, Brian, is a major negative. I’m sure he expects this review. He needs to work on his customer service skills and delivery. During my dining experience, the waitress spilled a tray of drinks on me. I understand accidents happen. She apologized many times and I understood. The manager saw this whole thing happen. Do you think he came and address the situation? NOPE! Not immediately at least. It wasn’t until after I jokingly asked the waitress that spilled the drinks on me would she cover my meal for the inconvenience. That seems reasonable. I guess she tells Brian who then approaches my table in a snarky manner and says, “I was going to already cover your meal before you even asked our waitress. I saw the whole thing happen.” If that’s the case, as a manager you should’ve addressed your patron immediately not after you have a side conversation with your staff. Especially if you allegedly saw the whole mishap happen. Don’t try to scold your guests who are paying. I didn’t need the discount. I fully expected to pay $35 for brunch. I didn’t come to your establishment expecting to get 4 cocktails spilled on me. Do better, BrIan or leave the restaurant because YOU are the problem. Our waitress (not going to mention her name because my true gripe isn’t with her), she’s a part of the problem too. Well before spilling the drinks, her attitude and customer service was off. I understand people have bad days but please don’t take it out on your customers. She would wait long periods of time to even come check on us. Each time she came to the table, we had to stop her and ask for assistance. That was met with rolled eyes, drinks slammed on the table, and if I’m being honest, the eventual spilling of the drinks. I could go on and on about this experience. But I would recommend the restaurant, just go with caution. Hopefully they bring in new and better staff. Honestly maybe just better management and it’ll probably run better. For Brian, no need to reach out or anything (I’m sure you weren’t). I don’t want anything from this review to “try to make things right.” I just want everyone to know the truth. I’d never return anyway.

Came to medium rare last week on Friday. I was extremely excited because I knew about this concept months ago and I had no idea that they were coming to Dallas so I booked my reservation immediately! I would like to provide a detailed review so below will be a pros cons list. Pros: Customer service is excellent! It didn’t matter who I spoke to they were all phenomenal. Yes the only serve steak and fries only. Some people complain about the concept but I like it. Yes they only serve one thing on the menu because that is their niche. If you don’t like that and you didn’t do your research please don’t complain below. They found a specialty and they stuck with it. No it is not all you can eat. They do however provide a refill on the steak and fries for you. Where people thought this was unlimited steak and fries is beyond me. The butter comes soft! Not cold and hard like most other restaurants. Restaurant is nice on the inside and I do believe it is a perfect place to have dates. Good price point for $29.95. I believe is fair for what you get. I wouldn’t spend anymore than this price though. Cons: Restaurant and bathrooms are very tight. You’re going to be pretty close together at this establishment and it is not an “intimate” experience. Also because it’s loud in the establishment. Portion sizes are small. Hate to burst anyone’s bubble but even with the refill they are small portions so if you have a healthy appetite, big appetite, or are a man respectfully I can see you leaving the restaurant still hungry. My mother and I left the restaurant still hungry. The steak and fries are just OK. It’s nothing spectacular. Honestly the customer service was better than the food and that is saying a lot. I would get the steak “medium rare”. I got the steak medium and it was a little tough and that is because of the cut of the steak. It’s the cheapest cut so it’s not impressive in the least. Overall I haven’t decided if I would go back. It was a great experience but I take my food seriously and I am huge foodie so all the best places to eat I know about them. Respectfully the food is mid. Salad was wonderful, and so was the customer service. Trying to decide if I will be back or not.

We came here on our anniversary and were pleasantly surprised at how fun and delicious the whole experience was! We had a great host walk us to our table and Logan was an awesome server! We were served delicious bread and we ordered glasses of Rosé and Cabernet. Both were perfect and very well priced! The salad course was delightful. Like seriously delicious. I wanted another plate and the dressing recipe. The bartender brought us a complimentary hibiscus margarita and it was so good! We didn’t know before that there was just one thing on the menu, but it was a fun experience to not have to pick and to get the same meal! I actually loved not having to choose and we were able to compare notes on the dish. The steak and frites were so yummy! The steak was on point and the fries were crispy and perfect. I have had this dish at a different restaurant before and it was too rich and the fries were soggy. Not here. It was perfection. I was still hungry after I finished, but then they brought out seconds!!! We were shocked and (very) happy. They did not know that it was our anniversary, but they treated us as though it were anyway! We sat outside and stayed cool even though it is summer in Texas. They have lovely misting fans that were so pleasant. We enjoyed watching the busyness of people walking around Lower Greenville. The evening was finished off by some fun and whimsical bubble gum. A very fun touch. Every detail was so intentional. This is not just good food, but a fun dining experience! They have set themselves apart from the typical restaurant and have intentionally changed it up. We will be back!

On a whim, my wife and I decided to give this place a try. We made a reservation and upon arrival we were seated quickly. We sat there for probably 10 minutes before a server came up and asked if we had been helped. We placed our drink order and food order. I only drink water and when the server filled my cup there was some kind of debris in the bottom of my glass. I showed this to the server and he replaced it. Salad was good, the dressing was different but I liked it. The bread was amazing. Steak was cooked just how we asked, medium rare. It was seasoned well and tasted good. The frites were very good. Salted perfectly and cooked well. The gravy or whatever it’s called is not good, to me. I can’t tell you why I didn’t like it, I just didn’t. After I finished my steak and frites, a different server cam and took my plate and silver wear. About 5 minutes after that and other server came to our table with our second serving. She got me a new plate and served my second portion. However I was still without silver ware. I asked her for some and she either ignored me or didn’t hear me. I had to take some from another table. After we finished our second portion, and about another 10-15 minute wait. A different server brought us our check. All in all, we saw a total of 5 different servers during our meal.

The restaurant was clean and seemed to be well maintained. They were playing music which I didn’t mind, but it was a little loud for my taste. I am hard of hearing and with the music and other guest noise I could barely hold a conversation with my wife and hear the servers as they asked questions.

Overall this place is just ok. We probably won’t be back. The lack luster service was a turn off. The food was just good not something I would say,”Oh, we have to go back...
