I brought my daughter in for a Caterpillar Pedicure for her birthday, and the tech, who said he go by Pete, who worked with her was absolutely amazing! He made her feel special, and she loved every second of it.
However, when it was my turn for the Blue Morpho Glow Pedicure, the experience wasn’t quite what I expected. From the beginning, the technician seemed unprepared — the oatmeal soak, which was part of the service, wasn’t included until another tech pointed it out. I also paid to have acrylic removed from my toes, and planned to add a nail to one of my big toes. The acrylic she applied was lumpy and not shaped properly. I politely let her know it didn’t look right and asked if she could simply add a false nail and shape it to match my other toe.
Unfortunately, her response was very unprofessional. She became noticeably snappy and frustrated. At that point, I told her not to worry about it. I no longer wanted to proceed.
The receptionist was informed and said she would bring it to her manager’s attention. Still, the experience was disappointing, especially considering we drove in from Louisiana for my daughter’s special day. When you’re spending money and celebrating something meaningful, the experience should be pleasant from start to finish. I truly hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience for others...

I could not remember what the date was of the last time I went in there. The person who answered the phone look up my information and told me to come in and that they would fix my nail for free. Then I got in here and the manager said oh we can’t fix your nail for free, and he called the lead manager, who was very rude and did not listen to me, as all I wanted to know was why I was inconvenienced to come in here if they couldn’t fix my nail like the person said on the phone. I drove all the way over here to have her be rude and keep telling me that they can’t fix my nail today. I had only asked the person on the phone what the policy is before I drove all the way out here. He assured me to come out here and that they would fix my nail for free which they didn’t. If the young man was unsure about what the policy was, I wish he had asked the manager first before inconveniencing me and having me drive all the way out here. They were not at all apologetic.
