The worst - and the most expensive - grooming we've ever had for our two dogs. A dog carer chose this place to take ours while she was caring for them... they came back with long tufts, and bits missed all over. The smaller of the two dogs looked like she hadn't been groomed at all. I had to call to pay while they were there (so I didn't see them at the end) and I was charged $5 to pay over the phone! No good reason was given for this. It was $120 for two chihuahuas at 4 lbs and 9 lbs and the perfume they'd been sprayed with gave me an allergic reaction. Nothing about this was a good experience. Edit Oct 4: In response to the owner - Google Reviews are to give other consumers a perspective on what to expect from businesses. I've attached some photos which show one dog with a tuft in the middle of her head, bushy tails on both and the darker one's body a shaggy mess. They are lovely dogs and the carer did her best, but I could not tell you about my disappointment until I saw them but that was too late for a re-do because they were being driven to FL the very next day. By which time I'd not only paid you $5 just for paying by phone but had been charged more than any other groomer (you said yourself you're more expensive) and for a terrible job. I've no benefit in writing this review because I no longer live in Dallas; it's simply for Google's whole reason for being in existence. Others can decide from the photos if they'd be happy...
Read moreWhen I called a month ago, the girl I spoke with was informative and polite. The service I recieved today was not good. All I needed was a tummy trim and toe nails. Our normal groomer has moved and I thought instead of having her drive all the extra miles, I would come here since it's so close. When I called today, apparently they won't shave my dogs tummy because she is a blue heeler mix. They said they just don't. Frustrating because I wasn't told that before but it happens. No big deal. So I brought her in for just toe nails. I have never felt so unwelcome. One girl was grooming a dog in that front room and greeted me. The next woman that came out to take my dog back, had the most miserable and annoyed look on her face. Not friendly. Didn't say anything but that miserable look on her face got worst when I informed her of my dogs behavior with toe nails. She didnt even try to greet my dog or befriend her. Look, my dog hates her toes done. Fact. That's why i asked for professional help. But if I would've known that when I got back with my purse, I would be quickly handed my dog back with two girls echoing "nope. Cant do it. She bites. She bites," I wouldn't have wasted my time. Oh well. Then we will leave. Took her somewhere else right after and guess what. She didn't even snap or growl. Also helped that they greeted her and showed they cared...
Read moreI love my pets .They are family. Therefore I wanted to post a review here to help people to make the right decision before leaving your dog in the hand of VICTORIA.My daughter used to let another groomer take care of her puppy and he would be so happy to go.m there But since Victoria was his groomer the last time, our dog started shaking..then Victoria shaved him without our permission .. causing him skin irritations. When my wife called to address her concerns, instead of appologizing , Victoria insulted her and started arguing with her .My wife now is suffering from PTSD because of Victoria who refused to fix her mistake by at least offering a refund..$170 of wasted money .We had to spend another $500 to take our dog to the vet and to buy him multiple skin care and meds.Do not let Victoria come in contact with any of your family members if you care about them.If she is really the manager like she allegedly said, this is really a very bad decision made by the owner. She is very unprofessional, unethical and has no compassion for dogs or humans .I hope this help others not to make the same mistake...
