Cierra was absolutely AMAZING!! My hair had been damaged a couple years back from a stylist that overbleached my curls. After a few years of regrowth and just "not touching my hair," I was left with a lot of my natural hair mixed with damaged ends from the blonde that had grown out to the bottom and was starting to break off. Cierra got rid of my damage while keeping my length, not giving me a big chop, and blending the remaining color I had left. She guided me on how to take care of my hair moving forward through each step as she styled it. She even sent me written education and a product list after my appointment!! She was SUPER fast in replying to my appointment request, got me in the next day, and was even able to book me at a later appointment time due to my hospital nurse schedule.
