âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸FIVE STARS!!! My wife and I had the experience of a life time here at Champions Social Club Dallas. When you arrive, the first thing you notice is the beauty of the exterior of the building. Upon entering the establishment we were blown away by the atmosphere and ambiance of the interior. Each room is different, but utterly breathtaking. The decor and style of this place is really unique and gorgeous. Everything from the chairs, to the art, to the molding and chandeliers was just beautiful. The staff is truly a notch above, and I say that as someone who has worked as a server in a fine dining environment in the past. The friendliness and professionalism is truly unmatched. We wanted for absolutely nothing while we were there as our server was one step ahead of our needs the entire time. Now letâs get down to brass tacks⌠the FOOD! This was by far the most incredible meal either of us has EVER had. We started off with the Beef Crostini as a starter. The beef itself was unimaginably tender. The flavors of the crostini, beef, and Dijon sauce all worked together to create a bomb of flavor with every bite. We then had the Asian Caesar Salad and were both AMAZED. The way the Asian flare met with the components of the Caesar Salad was just incredible. Every ingredient in ALL of the foods was SO fresh, you can tell Chef Connie makes sure everything is perfectly ripe. I truly see a Michelin Star in the future. For entrees, we both ordered the Filet. The way our filets were both perfectly cooked and so perfectly seasoned immediately took our breath away. Add to that the gorgeous Cognac and Peppercorn sauce that is served with itâŚ. Absolutely heavenly. The charred asparagus and Mexican style corn were both absolutely superb. We then had the most wildly delicious bread pudding served with homemade ice cream, fresh strawberries, and caramel sauce. The bread pudding was apricot and pecan, and was quite literally the most delicious dessert either of us had ever tasted. Everything was scratch made, everything absolutely blew us out of the park. The staff paired with the food itself is the experience of a lifetime. Combine that and the gorgeousness of the venue and you have a truly spectacular experience. Cannot recommend this...
Read moreAs a former employee, from the outside looking in from the guests perspective everything as far as looks & the atmosphere looks great & top notch & professional but the truth is management here is unethical & unprofessional to staff!! I brought in people for friends family & the manager Jessica decided to not even let me wait & serve them & then decided to fire me the same day, based on my schedule which previously the week before told asked & requested my schedule changed it on the email set out to anyone requested if any changes need to be made to do this though email which I have so clearly that was a lie & then accused me of changing the floor chart to try to get my table as far as serve them, when I asked the host what there section was she simply wanted to change it, it was something I never did, to top mentioning my schedule simply said âIâm not a good fit for champions & of course like a manager that doesnât care decided to say it was other managers who brought it up! No couching no warning! I got along with anyone on the staff including management or so I thought they do post shift meetings & while they all smile & talk about how they appreciate everyone they donât! Jessica cannot handle an employee issue at all & when they look for a reason to fire you they will, I literally did nothing wrong & found a way to make a personal vendetta! I donât recommend this place with the way they treat employees & was the most unprofessional discharge Iâve ever experience for this, they are not anywhere near professional if they canât match how they treat...
Read moreI could not have envisioned a better replacement for Three Forks. Being a Dallas native, I was deeply saddened by its closure but was literally blown away by the food we had the other night!! Champions has also outdone themselves with the restoration and revitalization of the space! The amount of time, energy and money spent on preserving the history of this building is very evidence and much appreciated. My husband frequents the high-end restaurant scene of Dallas for work and even he was impressed. Both of us reminisced Sunday about our Saturday dinner and wished we could go back for the salad for a light dinner on Sunday too. Do NOT miss! They are still in their soft opening at time of publishing this, but soon this venue will become an even better networking opportunity for Dallas with the introduction of the Social Club aspect. Can't wait to see how this new establishment evolves! For now, I'll be back soon for the lamb lollipops (which you would have never heard me...
