Can somebody help me to fix our names and mailing address on my auto insurance . I have been trying to fix them since almost 40 days and every time our names were further messed up , despite I am a customer here since 06/2023. I am still waiting for my insurance cards with the correct names since 04/25. I didnāt expect this issue to be dragged like this.
Edit: I donāt have words for the frustration this business caused me. I wouldnāt be here if our names were fixed. I emailed all the screenshots and spoke last week also and I was promised to fix the names. My renters and umbrella policies are also with you and have the correct names listed. My last name was cut off, coverage amounts were wrong from what I requested, my paid off car was listed as lien with dealer. After tens of calls and emails with screenshots to fix this issues , I did wrote to Andrew as well last week. I received email on 05/27 stating everything was fixed. Still my husbandās name was added as mailing address in my policy on Statefarm.com. Out of the 3 issues 2 were fixed after 40 days and still names arenāt fixed. I have been patient this entire while, left a review asking for help after even writing to Andrew didnāt fix anything. After a good experience with renters insurance, I brought my auto and umbrella as well to your agency and been patient since 04/25 with all the frustrations and you chose to gaslight me by saying the issue was fixed on the same day itself. I still have to receive my insurance cards with correct names, once my last name was cutoff, another time my husbandās name was added to mailing address. Yesterday I received a letter from Statefarm, where my husbandās first name went missing and my last name was printed as his first name. I work part-time for a rideshare company and was having a difficult time trying to find an agency that would cover the time that isn't covered by the company or my personal plan. Ryan was able to get that endorsement added to my car insurance, as well as dissability and renters insurance for less than some of the other companies. More coverage for less money sounds like a great plan to me! He was very thorough with all the explanations and didn't make me feel bad when I needed to ask more questions. He even texted and emailed my temporary insurance cards so I would have them immediately! This was also a very comfortable transaction, to the point that we were laughing like friends on our first conversation! This is something that is sometimes lost in big business. State Farm should truly value an employee of his caliber. I know I do! If he didn't have the knowledge of the coverage I was seeking and hadn't made it so easy to talk these things through, I would have just moved on to the next insurance agency, as I had called several already that morning. Iāve been with State Farm for over 20 years, and this was the first time Iāve had any problems. I spoke with Andrew initially, but after that, it was impossible to reach him. I worked with some of the other staff members in the office and was set up with a policy that I didnāt request. There ended up being a lot of confusion and I kept trying to contact Andrew to clarify the situation, but to no avail. I called 5 times within the span of 3 weeks and was repeatedly told by the person who answered the phone that Andrew was either in a meeting or out of the office and that she didnāt know what day or time he would return. I actually ended up having someone else call the office and they were able to reach Andrew without any difficulty. Very strange.
