I really don’t leave reviews but this store is really bad, it has the worst employees. they have their selfs empty with all the product in the back. I told the lady and old man that work at night shift that I needed some tide for my spend 40 offer and she said if it’s not on the self we don’t have it.. when I clearly can see it in the back through a small window and it was full.. she said we aren’t pulling them out until night shift does or until we get another truck.. I told her so u won’t pull what ever u have in the back until another truck come in. She’s tryed to change it again. Then she said that if I use cupons I can’t use extra bucks because thats another offer that can’t be combined together.. even the weekly add promotes both, and then she said if we continue to use both she will start ringing us up, And won’t let use use self check out anymore.. this is crazy I’ve never heard of that on my 2 years that I used both.. now I guess cvs employees are trying to make up their own rules -.-… well I guess I won’t be coming to this store anymore. that lady for ruining this store for me and I hope that pretending like u own the store helps you feel better

Did not have my medication after I drove from another CVS, then when they had it nearly a week later, I went to pick up and they had not used my insurance card, when the original CVS had it on file, then told me to come back 30 mins later as they needed to have lunch vs run my insurance card! The other scrip the only store who has it is 15 miles away. This is why I use a small pharmacy called Live Oak in Plano vs the big stores. Had I not went to a doctor after 5 pm my scrips would have been at Live Oak vs CVS where they were worried about their lunch vs a patient and correcting their mistakes!

Unprofessional, Obnoxious, and a Terrible Night Pharmacist The pharmacist working on the night of 4-17-18 was extremely rude. I simply came back to check on my prescriptions after he told me to wait 20 minutes. He raised his voice and said, "I will call you when your prescriptions are ready!" as if I was pestering him. Then he asked, who would be sending a fax for a prescription so late at night? I told him my doctor's health clinic was open until 9pm. So I left, I waited very late, and he never called. I finally called and he said he would have to verify my prescription with my doctor in the morning, and that he would not fill it. He was insinuating with his tone that the prescription was fraudulent. Fine, verify with my doctor. Go ahead and delay my prescription. Then he said the healthcare allowance plan card that my employer provides in addition to my insurance wasn't valid, and again, spoke in a condescending tone as if I was giving him a fraudulent card. I was beyond frustrated at this hateful man. And as if it couldn't get any worse, he said that he remembered me. ???? I was the guy who kept trying to get prescriptions without an ID. WHAT??? I don't know who he thought I was, but I have never seen this man in my life. If I ever need to use my ID for a prescription, I simply provide my TX DL ID because like most men, I carry it in my wallet because... I drive a vehicle??

So in summary, he thought my prescription was a fraud, my health allowance plan was a fraud, and pegged me as some guy he remembers trying several times to get prescriptions without an ID. Please fire this man. Unprofessional, obnoxious, and not a person who should be working in healthcare.

People who work in the store section of the pharmacy, keep doing...

Before filling antibiotic prescriptions, the pharmacists often discuss them with me at length since I'm allergic to so many. Even when their phones are ringing non-stop, they will do their best to help me find and understand OTC products if the general staff is unavailable. About the pharmacy location: It's in a safe neighborhood (75214). They have two Rx drive-thru lanes (one for prescription drop-offs), you can get many vaccinations at the pharmacy, a MinuteClinic is in-store with EXCELLENT nurses (and a few rarer vaccinations), a waiting area with chairs near the pharmacy -- and it's a 24-hour store -- so honestly I don't know what more anyone could ask of a business! I love CVS and especially 6120 E Mockingbird Ln, a HealthHub. Ask the MANAGER to explain how their product discount system works: It's a bit complex but will save you money if you understand it. Last point: When I get in my car to leave, I now tear off the coupons I just received that I will likely use the next time and put them in an envelope. Then the next time I arrive, I take a quick look at the coupons in that envelope to see if there is anything I can use. OR go online and have the available coupons transferred to...

This drugstore is impressive in its size, layout, and organization. We found it to be well-lit and easy to navigate. During our visit, we were particularly struck by the dedication of the single employee who was managing the entire store. She was engaged in rearranging merchandise and restocking shelves, yet she willingly interrupted her tasks to assist us. She not only walked us to the correct shelf, but also helped us find the specific product we were looking for. Furthermore, she walked with us to the cash register to complete the transaction.

This level of service, especially from a single employee managing the entire store, was exceptional. It demonstrated a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. We were impressed by her willingness to go above and beyond to help us.

Based on our experience, this drugstore provides a positive and efficient shopping environment, and the staff is clearly dedicated to providing excellent service. We will certainly be back.

As ordinary consumers, we are not paid or compensated in any way for this review. We are always looking for reliable and transparent businesses and hope the owner will take this feedback into...
