This place kind of started off great, and I thought it was a chain that had their đ© together because of the interior look and the self-order kiosks.. even though it did take a long time for their mockingbird location to finally open (the Coming Soon graphic wraps were peeling theyâd been exposed to the elements for over a year). But then they take away the Coconut Milk substitute (which really should just be the default if you know what pasteurized, homogenized, fortified with synthetic chemical Milk is doing to your body). So now, I really have no reason to come back. Recently I wanted to try one of their iced matcha drinks but it would be so much better blended, yet itâs not on the menu that way. I asked the lady if they could blend it (which is a reasonable questionâitâs just liquid and ice like the iced coffee drinks which can be blended into a frappe.. why couldnât you blend it..? If you donât already know, when itâs a drink is blended, itâs like getting twice as much to drink.. instead of just drinking maybe 8 oz of liquid and being left with a large cup of ice [another 8 oz.]) And she just said ânoâ as if she couldnât just figure out throwing the 3 ingredients into the blender and flipping the switch.. . Another time I ordered a large coffee latte for dining in and I prefer to get a ceramic cup.. only to hear from the barista that they donât have large ceramic cups and that you can only do the smaller sizes. The kiosk lets you order a large coffee that they donât have a ceramic cup for đ€·ââïž How do you not see this issue during troubleshooting? This isnât your first location, right? I was able to order a drink that doesnât exist đ. Whichever programer was so quickly able to remove the Coconut Milk option from the self-ordering kiosk needs to fix it so you canât request a ceramic cup when ordering a large coffee. (Oh, and to the other commenters who said âtheir breakfast sandwiches are goodâ.. no they are not. McDonaldâs can even make a better breakfast sandwich but neither placeâs sandwich is...
Read moreDecided to treat myself to my favorite coffee shop. I preordered through the app and headed to the store, just to be ignored by I guess the manager. I sat in the drive thru and waited, as he was made aware someone was in the drive thru for their order. After 5 mins went by, I parked and walked into the building. Just to be ignored by the same man ( skinny, darker complexion w/ features of someone from India & glasses, wearing a white hat w/ hand on hip), I said excuse me and requested my online order. He told me to hold on while he looked at the screen. Another young lady ( white girl & blond hair )stood there texting away on her phone. Another young women (African American features & lighter skin), appeared from the very back of the shop asking if I needed assistance. I told her, i was here for my pickup order. The guy got a little louder and said â I said give me a minute.â I ignored him and repeated myself to young women and he now looks at me a says, â I said, give me a minuteâ! I walk away from him and the young proceeds to ask my name, to confirm the only online order they had waiting. Then the man then says â oh, I didnât know it was your orderâ? Confused and annoyed by the disrespect, I thank the young women and continue to disregard this man. After todays interaction I will not be back this any of black sheepâs establishments. They were not busy and I was ignored and told to wait many times, on an order I placed ahead of time. This transaction should have taken 1-2 mins of my time but took longer than that because he felt like my order wasnât important or maybe assumed that how I look, meant that I was a delivery driver. Either way no one should be treated as if they donât matter, based on their personal appearances. I will no longer frequent this business and you have lost my companies business as well. Thank you and thank you to the young women who went out her way and spoke to me like a...

4th time here. I love their coffee and I love the atmosphere but now this is the fourth time that Iâve had issues with the girls behind the counter. Thereâs no napkins out and when I ask for napkins or any other thing, they actually roll their eyes. Iâll stand there a bit waiting for them to not seem so busy and they wonât acknowledge me or say hello and the second I asked for something theyâre very very rude. I had really high hopes for this place because of the atmosphere and the great coffee and the simplicity of ordering. Really the girls behind the bar, All of them, just ruined it for me. No one has once said hello when we come in or smiled at my kids even when we order at the counter. It makes me not wanna come back just because of them. I just had to add this line and change my review to two stars. My fourth latte here and the coffee is burnt. I saw other reviews that said this. Also, My nine-year-old went to ask them for a to go container for his sandwich. They didnât say a word to him. And said They placed it on the counter, and he didnât even know they had placed it there obviously he was waiting for some sort of interaction just like I think anybody wouldâve and he got nothing and even thought they were mad at him. I hadnât told him about my negative experience and he came back to the table and said he couldnât believe how mean they are here. Itâs very upsetting that a bunch of nice looking girls are so snotty. Especially when thereâs no access to anything like napkins or to go boxes so it has to be requested. I am not a Karen and I donât ever review places. I only reviews when I feel like my opinion is needed. And this is one of...
