KFC — Restaurant in Dallas

I want to start of by saying this is my usual KFC and ive never had a problem. But today, had the worst experience. I pull up to order and I asked if they could put the gravy on the side like they usually do and on the other side the lady tells me, “ gravy inside or no gravy at all” I stayed quiet because this is the first time they tell me that. So she goes on and tells me pull up to the second window. Mind you, I wasnt asked what i wanted to drink or if i was done with my order. I kept on telling her my order and she tells me to pull up. I pull up to the window. The cashier gives me the total and I give her my card but doesnt give me a receipt. I ask the cashier if it was new that they dont give gravy on the side anymore and she tells me. “It wasnt me who said that” and pointed to some girl in the back. So i told her if i could just get a side of gravy that i was willing to pay for it. So she closes the window and the other girl came to the window and said that they dont give gravy on the side anymore. (With an attitude of course) That if I wanted gravy “Va hacer un chorrito” (in spanish) which means its going to be a small amount. So i told her that was fine and gave me the gravy. (I will attach the picture of the gravy) O also told her that I wanted to talk to her manager as well. She said she was the manager. I asked for her name and said she didnt have to give me her name and proceeded with closing the window. I stayed there until she opened it again and asked for my receipt. When she gave me the receipt she said that her name wasnt on there and closed the window. KFC really needs to check the people they hire. If you dont like what you do, then look for...

How hard is it to put a meal together??? Came and ordered 2 diff meals. Spicy chicken sandwich meal came complete. But the chicken was the hardest chicken i have ever seen! Could not bite through it! Guess its cool to kfc to give you chicken thats been sitting under a heat lamp for hours! prolly best i cant eat it as i'm sure it would make someone sick! Second meal 2pc chicken meal...wasnt a meal at all. Guess what? NO CHICKEN!!! These guys are the worst! CHICKEN IS THE MAIN COURSE!!! THIS IS KFC!!! Why stop now might as well not give the rest of the meal either... no biscuit! So in that meal all i recieved was a small side of mash pots! Don't worry though you can call the store when you get home 4 times in a row to give them the chance to fix it, BUT THEY WILL NOT PICK UP THE PHONE!!! Clearly from the top down no one cares to help you here or do their job! They will steal from you and act like that is how it should be! Never coming back! And to add insult to injury i have to leave home go somewhere else to get food because Kfc will take your money and not provide the service or the food you PAID...

Stay away from this KFC! I was just at the drive through at this location on Mockingbird. I ordered a $20 fill-up and a dozen buffalo wings. I also requested some hot sauce and ranch for the wings. I paid around $33, once my payment was complete I was asked to pull forward and park in the front and my food would be brought out to me. As I waited, parked in the front, I watched at least 2 or 3 other cars come through the drive through and drive away with their food. I waited in the front for at least 10 minutes possibly closer to 15 by the time my order was brought out. I then proceeded home to enjoy my long awaited meal only to find my order lacking! No hot sauce, no ranch, no sporks, no napkins and no buffalo wings! The bag only contained my $20 dollar fill up! So this store owes me $13. When I realized my order was short, I tried to call the store which was still open. Nobody will answer the phone. It just rings endlessly. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because at least food I did receive was tasty. I highly recommend going to another location for your KFC, unless you enjoy...
