I don’t even know where to begin. I can honestly say that this is the BEST doctors office I have been to. We attend twice a week and my daughters feel at home. Its all a team. The whole staff from the ones we see regularly to ones we don’t see often will always have a smile and say hi. Manuel who gives my daughter her treatments will always receive us with a smile. His patience is one of a kind. We always have last appointments for the day and i know some days are more stressful than others. You honesty can’t tell. We never feel rushed. Val at the front always greets us and makes our appointments with a smile. Any paperwork we need or issues, she’s on top of it! Our appointments with Dr. Radusky are wonderful, very caring, and knowledgeable. He likes what he does. I never leave unsure of any questions I have. Even if I ask him a question in the hallway without an appointment he takes the time to answer. We have had small interaction with doctor Abramovitz. You can just tell he also loves what he does. He likes to see my daughter as well on her progress. We often see him in the hallway and always says hi. Takes a look at my daughter and reassures her that she is making great progress and responding great to treatment. In 2019, I began treatment for atopic dermatitis with the Dermatology Treatment & Research Center. Alba Quinones was my primary practitioner. I suffered from dehydrated skin, roscecea and severe eczema. My dermatologist and 2 aestheticians recommended this practice for their research study capabilities and the focused research they provided for eczema and psoriasis. When I started in the medical study program, my body was covered with bloody, itching, oozing sores from my shoulder blades to lower legs. Eventually, eczema reached my face and eyes. It was horrible, embarrassing, and depressing. It impacted my daily life tremendously. The doctors and staff are outstanding, compassionate and caring, very up-to-date in specialized dermatological treatment and eczema. I was always treated as if I was their only patient, never rushed, and with high quality patient care. While the study drug is now on the commercial market and is a game-changer for eczema patients…my praise goes to Alba and her team as well as Dr. Radusky. Our experience with this office was extremely disappointing. Following a recommendation from an out of state dermatologist, we made an appointment here expecting a hair loss specialist for our teenager with extensive loss. The doctor was very dismissive and refused to biopsy over two appointments. They collected lab work which I had to pay out of pocket for that were repeats of lab work I had provided to them from her pediatrician. I paid over $100 for him to tell me to go buy rogaine. The MA called me with lab results on our vacation. I left a voicemail the next week for her to call me back and I waited a week for return call. No return call so I called the front desk and she promised a call back that day. still no return call so I canceled our 3rd appointment.
