Hilton H Bar — Restaurant in Dallas

I ate here one night in early August with a few friends who were having a "staycation" at the Hilton Lincoln Centre, and it was a great experience!

While the food was rather expensive, it's at a hotel, so I can't assign any "blame," even if I wanted to do so. In any event, it was delicious, and our server treated us well, ensuring we had enough to drink and routinely checking on us. We didn't get napkins the moment our meals arrived, but we did shortly after requesting some.

Overall, I'd call HBar a nice place at which to have dinner if you're staying at or visiting the Hilton. As high as some prices might be, the sum of a wide range of menu items, fine ingredients, and fine service together brought my friends and I a nice time.

Overall a good experience the first night in this hotel. It was a late dinner so I ate here.

Hotel staff is friendly and warm. Young lady at front desk carried my delivery up as I presented as a one arm man tonight.... The other in a sling while towing my luggage up the elevator.

I tipped the kitchen staff separate tonight because tonight was my 1 out of 100 times where I can't compel myself to my pandemic usual of 25% - 30%.

I loved the open feel of the space. It was a busy time, and there was only one staff member on duty—they were working hard, but understandably couldn’t keep up. We ordered the brisket and queso dip, and a fish sandwich. Unfortunately, the food arrived cold, and I think the dip especially would’ve been great if it had been served hot. I’d love to come back when the place is fully staffed to give it a fair shot and hopefully enjoy the food...
