Dragons Landscaping — Local services in Dallas

Installation: During the installation when they were installing the Control Panel, the installer used a Hammer Drill from the inside of the garage to the outside. In the process he broke part of the brick on the outside. The installer tried to fix it by using some sort of foam but it looks bad. SEE Picture # 3. Should have done it with a drill and a Masonry drill bit.

When Programing the Control Panel it looked to be ok. When I checked it a couple of days later I noticed that the time read PM instead of AM. SEE Picture #2.

It is suppose to come on at 10 PM but, it looks like it is son all the time. I called Luis, the installer and told him about it.

He said he would check it out but he needed to check his schedule and would call me back. It has been 6 days and no word from Luis.

Last but not last , I was told that I would have to put some insulation on the back flow pipes to prevent freezing. see pict #1. I would think that for $2500.00, this item would have been provided.

Driver in a Dragon Landscaping truck made a few illegal and unsafe passes on a residential road, just to get 5 seconds ahead. Many parents and residents trying to navigate a small road out of the Comanche Spring neighborhood in Saginaw, and this driver came around everyone unsafely and cut people off who were waiting in line to leave the area.
