My Wife and I wanted to hit this spot and see whats happening. The 1st thing I noticed when I opened the door was the LOUD MUSIC! Had me looking for a Dance Floor instead of nice spot to grab a bite to eat. The loud music took away from atmosphere which was cool in my opinion. We waited at the front for someone to decide who will seat us as there seemed to be some confusion within the staff. Regardless, we finally got seated and they provided the menu and some water. We decided on our meals and ordered a $21 Drink which in my opinion is outrageous especially if the quality (strength) of the drink didn't match the price therefore i would not order another! Now to the food....because I love that Louisiana Style Cooking. 1. Canal Street Egg Rolls: stuffed with Greens, Mac&Cheese, Greens, and Yams. Also included mashed Yams to dip your egg rolls into. (WE WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED IT WAS GOOD!) Appetizer Note: you may have to request small plates to eat your appetizers, because none was provided until asked. 2. French Quarter Pasta (3 Shrimp, 5 pieces of sausage and 6 slices of Chicken, Plenty of Pasta and Sauce): The sauce on the pasta was and seasoning on all the meat was good and freshly made $42 3.Blacken Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo (3 Shrimp, and 6 slices of Chicken): same as above with the addition of a side of shredded cheese for the wife. $29 Note: Bread for your Pasta Dishes is counted as a side dish $18 and isn't part of your pasta meal! 4. Peach Cobbler: I can't speak to the taste as it was my Wife's dessert. However if your expecting to see full peaches in your Cobbler then erase that thought from your mind and prepare for fruit cup style small chunks of Cobbler. As a note we did not order any side dishes with our meal for we wanted to wait before ordering additional items. At the end of the night we chose not to add anything else.

I took my significant other for Father's day, on the Saturday before. I made reservations, we did pass up the place a few times. We arrived at 8:48 instead of 8:30. There are only signs on the windows which are tinted very dark with gold writing. When we walked in we were seated right away. The Owner acknowledged Father's by passing out free shots of liquor. Then service just fails from there. It took the waitress about 20-25 mins to come take our order. Once she came we ordered drinks, appetizer, and food. The waitress was also the bartender. The drinks were served about 10 mins later. But the fried deviled eggs she recommended took almost 45 mins. She came to the table to say let me check on your appetizer. Once she brought it out I asked how much longer for the food. She went to check and came back saying I'm sorry for the delay what shot of liquor would you like. I at this point was hungry and wanted to eat, not drink. She brought out one shot and I asked how much longer, she talked to the manager and came back to the table said 15 mins. Ok I'm going to give them 15 mins. Then I see the waitress bringing out plates to another group that sat way after us. I was looking forward to trying the lamb chops and the lobster tower. The drinks weren't that good and the appetizer didn't have much flavor. I hope the restaurant is able to get more staff. No one wants to wait over an hour for a meal. I was so disappointed, I left money for the drinks and appetizer and left. If you go look for dark tinted windows and be...

Went to the location 6/16/2023. Had reservations for 8:30pm. There was no sign to inform you where the restaurant is located. After finding it, checked in for our reservation on time. Had to wait 15 - 20 minutes before we were seated. Drink menu expensive; every drink was $21.00. Restaurant was operating on short staff. Did not know this information until after we ordered our food. Waiting for 1 hour 15 minutes before we were served. Another party was there for 2 hours and still did not get their food. The young lady complained about the issue to the point where the manager threatened to call the police. The manager never came by out table to let us know the staffing situation, ask if we were ok, comp us for the delay, nothing. Spoke with the waitress about getting a discount for the delay. Stated her manager said no. Only thing we were given for free was 2 slices of cheesecake. Lol, horrible!!! Why continue taking reservations and seating people when the store knew they were short on cooks? Overpriced and over-rated!!!!! First and last...
