Dallas Flora Same Day Flower Delivery — Local services in Dallas

DO NOT ORDER!!! I think the store is CLOSED! We placed an order to be delivered on Saturday and it was never delivered despite paying and getting a confirmation email with all the details. We never received any communication that this order might have been cancelled or had any issues. The flowers I ordered were never delivered so I called all weekend and emailed them only to never hear back. They never answer the phone and the emails bounce back. I then went to check the website again to see if I can find alternative ways to reach them and that's when I saw a recent Yelp review with the same experience! In the Yelp review, the person said they actually drove to the location in hopes to pick up instead and saw that the building was closed and empty! We had no choice but to dispute this charge. This is incredibly irresponsible of the owners to not close down their website or not process orders if their business is closed!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to one of my clients, and there was a slight delay due to the Mother’s Day rush. However, as soon as I left Dallas Flora a message, they called me back ASAP. Cindy was the one who returned my call and she was exceptional. She was apologetic, kind, patient and offered multiple solutions to resolve the matter. At the end of the day, the flowers weren’t urgent, but Cindy made sure to get the flowers re-delivered the day she called me back.
