Faro Caffe — Restaurant in Dallas

Small and nice restaurant the food was good but, the service was bad, went in there to eat, order 2 waffles, a small burrito, and chilaquiles, the chilaquiles and one of the waffles were given within 20 minutes of ordering but the rest of the food took an hour, it was not busy enough for them to forget or for them to take so long, had to go to the registered twice, the second time I went to ask for a refund, since they were still taking long to bring the food, and I was told that they don’t do refunds, when I was given my food after an HOUR, the cashier nor the manager or whoever was in charge apologized for the inconvenience, so...

Second time me and my cousin have went here for lunch and both times were great! It was quiet and tables were spread apart nicely The food was good, I had chorizo, egg and hash brown and a waffles (fresh fruit I also had a coffee and the size was pretty good for the price the first time then I had a chicken burrito today. Tasted homemade to me! Both ladies there seem nice and we will for sure...

Worse place I have been to the girl behind the counter the bigger one was so rude n she rolled her eyes when I asked for my coffee then she said I have customers right now so I’ll get it when I’m ready…Like really food was gross tasted like old or over due got the burrito.
