My family and I are incredibly grateful to Nikki Smith Designs. My mom is terminally ill and in hospice, so I reached out to Nikki Smith, hoping that they might be able to come to my mom's home to do matching permanent bracelets for my mom, my sister and me. While they typically don't offer small in-home events, they made an exception, showing a level of compassion and empathy that truly touched our hearts.

I want to specifically thank Jessica for coordinating everything – she went above and beyond to find someone available on such short notice, and she was incredibly kind and comforting throughout the process. I also want to thank Nya who came to my mom’s house to do the bracelets. Despite the heavy circumstances, Nya brought light and warmth. We laughed, we cried, and we created a truly lovely memory.

In a time when we needed it most, Nikki Smith Designs provided us with a beautiful memory that we will cherish forever. My daughter and I came in and met with Nikki herself. She was so kind and very engaging with the both of us. She was helpful in finding us just the right piece of permanent jewelry, and made sure it was comfortable before welding it on. It was a lovely experience.

We had spent some time with another one her of employees as well, her name was Sabrina. She too was extremely sweet and helpful!

There were a lot of options to choose from, and we left with some beautiful permanent bracelets for mom and daughter, as well as a few extras like earrings, another bracelet and a matching necklace. Loved everything we bought and had a wonderful overall experience.

Brought some family members in for permanent jewelry. The store was being run by just one girl who made us feel like we were a burden to her, as she couldn’t take her attention away from her phone/texts. The charm selection for the permanent bracelets was also very disappointing, as we only had letters and maybe 3-4 others we could choose from. The young girl did make sure the charms on the first bracelet were evenly placed, but by the time she made it to the last of us, she just threw them on unevenly and scattered around.
