Have you ever been so excited about something, only for it to fall short of expectations? That's exactly what happened to me while celebrating my son's senior football signage day.

I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but my experience with this company's customer service was beyond disappointing. Two days before my son's football signing day, I ordered a balloon display. Although I had ordered from another company, I was told the colors that I requested had not arrived. I contacted the owner of this company, Barbara, and my initial interaction was great--she assured me they could fulfill my order without issue. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

Several problems led to this review:

The balloons weren't ready when my husband arrived for pickup. He waited over 20 minutes while they were rushed to completion. The vinyl lettering on two balloons was warped. The lettering was placed on the wrong balloons. The font on the largest (32-inch) balloon was too small. Since the balloon naturally twirled, the text was barely visible. (I expected a professional to anticipate this issue.) One batch of balloons had helium issues and didn't sit fully upright.

The worst part? When I called the next day to calmly provide feedback, I was met with sarcasm: "So, you're the balloon expert?" and "I can't be responsible for the balloon twirling!" No, I'm not an expert--but at $120 for a jumbo balloon and $39 for a small set, I expect quality. Of course I would never felt the need to call if the balloons had been made correctly.

I had hoped the owner wasn't aware of these issues, but our conversation proved otherwise. She was fully aware and offered no compassion for my experience. She did offer a refund, which I accepted--but weeks passed, and despite multiple follow-ups, it never came.

I've given up on the refund, but the disappointment remains. I love supporting small, minority-owned businesses, and I had future events in mind (2 proms, 2 graduations, an a 20 year anniversary). Sadly, I can't risk another letdown and will be in search for...

100,000% will be using this company again!! I can not recommend them more. I hired them to make a balloon arch/back drop for a bachelorette party. They went above and beyond to make everything look PERFECT even with last minute changes made by myself. They got to the air bnb before us and had it practically already set up when we arrived early to finish the rest of set up; which was such a huge help/relief. The balloons were great quality and truly looked amazing. The creativity blew me away and was done with a smile on their faces the entire time. I have used a bigger company before for something similar and was disappointed. The other companies price was double and they charged for each mile they had to travel to deliver the balloons, so added up quickly.
