Sky Rocket Burger-Dallas — Restaurant in Dallas

I had the most horrible experience tonight. To start off I called to place my order around 8:07pm no answer. I live in the area so I love to patronize small local businesses in the area. I arrive at 8:45 pm they close at 9pm. It’s an older gentleman at the counter. He doesn’t greet me or anything so I go over and start self ordering on the machine they have. The older guys then ask me what do I want, I proceed to say a junior burger, he started shaking his head saying no jr bugers no jr singles only. He rings up my order with an attitude. Then rushes my order, he dropped the fries but didn’t use gloves or anything just disgusting. Gave me a drop of secret on the side that I paid $.50 cent for. Just a horrible experience, if he didn’t want to make my order he could have said they were closing before 9pm. My husband normally orders from here during lunch but this will be my last time supporting this establishment. I would have cancelled my order but he was talking to his self so I just took a lost on my money that I could have supported another local spot tonight but...

This was our 2nd visit. I know you are supposed to go get your food when they call your name or number, but on or 1st visit there were only a couple of customers there, so the guy working the counter brought our food out to us. This time there was someone different working the counter. I found it odd that he took only certain people's food out to them. My daughter is 8 months pregnant and we had to go get our food when it was ready, yet a couple of customers came in after us and he took their food out to them. The first time we came here it was a 5⭐ experience all the way around. There was a different guy behind the counter that time, and he brought our food out to us and was very friendly. On both visits there were only a couple of other dine-in customers so it wasn't like they were busy. I guess the counter guy on our 2nd visit didn't like us as much as he liked the other customers,... or his phone☹️. Sitting here in their parking lot BC me my sister and my mom been anxious to try them on this journey of trying new places we've never been to for a whole week. We walk in no one behind us looking at the menu...a very simple one but we were trying to decide if were going to just try a burger then get out own and if so what...or we all get out own meal. Very good prices. Menu looked good and we were commenting on the menu and smell of the place. So all of a sudden the old man in the back yells, (technically at my mom cause me and my sister had already decided) yells with an attitude, "dang do you want a jr, single or double patty?" I looked at him and looked back at the menu BC my mom said something so when I looked back at him he say's, "it aint that hard with his face twisted then the girl behind the counter turns to him and says, "dang that's what I said".
