I wanted to reach out to let you what great customer service we received from Kimberly Kowalski at the Quatrine Dallas store on Lovers Lane.

We had purchased 2 modern style sofas and 2 modern style wingback chairs in April 2014. Our designer convinced us that we should spend the money on quality living furniture and we are so glad we did. We have been very happy with our furniture. After about a year or two, the seam that holds the zipper in place on the cushion slipcover had come undone. We kept saying we need to get it fixed every time we would put the slipcover back on after cleaning. We finally went by the store to ask Quatrine about a referral for someone to repair the slipcovers and Kimberly was offered to help take care of it for us. We mentioned we had a pillow cover that was not a Quatrine product that also needed repair and she said they can handle it and let the people know who work on it to bill us directly which was a huge time saver. She contacted me once she found someone who could repair it and let me know timeframe so I didn’t bring the slipcovers too early so I wouldn’t be without them for too long.

While we were at the store, we also asked about replacement foam for our wingback chairs that had split lengthwise. They said that should not have happened at all and offered to replace for us once they received more seat cushion foam. Once the foam came in, Kimberly gave us a call and told us to bring the cushions in and she will take care of putting them in for us with letting us know how long we needed to leave them with her. Once she was done, she called us to let us know they were ready for pickup. She also noted that the foam in them was quite different than what should have been there and doesn’t know why that happened, but doesn’t matter now as they are good as new and wow, what a big difference in the cushion.

The best furniture investment you could make! I purchased my Quatrine furniture - sofa-sleeper, love seat, ottoman, pillows, and table cover 8 years ago, and recently purchased new sofa, love seat, ottoman, and pillow slipcovers. The quality of fabric and construction of the pieces is unmatched. My original slipcovers are still in perfect condition, I just wanted options for another look without having to buy new furniture. I love being able to pick all the different fabrics, trims, etc., to get my own unique, custom look. My original slipcovers are the classic light blue set with the khaki stripe ottoman in the photos, and my new set are the gorgeous damask, solid, and striped fabric. The original set washed beautifully (I washed them twice a year) with no wrinkles, and fit perfectly after 8 years, no stains or rips -and we have pets! The new set fits perfectly, just as they should since Quatrine has the measurements of your original purchased pieces on file. And I was able to achieve two different looks with my new set, as you can see in the included photos. Please overlook the wrinkles at the bottom of each piece, these photos were taken as soon as I put them on, they’ve since been steamed out. Quatrine staff are the BEST! Love the quality furniture. We first purchased our den furniture from Quatrine in 1996 when located on Knox. Still have our furniture! It’s THE best. To be able to buy quality furniture and know that it will outlive you is a really wonderful feeling knowing your done. I’m not an huge shopper and stay fairly strictly to traditional English decor so being anble to update with new slip covers at any point is perfect for me and so fun. I loved the experience then and I loved the experience recently when we purchased another sofa. I enjoyed the staff, Loren, who helped us was delightful, kind and knew her stuff! We could not be any happier with our latest piece. It’s so wonderful to have knowledgeable staff who know about the fabrics, the best for each lifestyle, etc. I love the traditional and classic designs and quality fabrics and mixing different textures, and the beautiful welting choices. if you’re looking for furniture for a lifetime that will never go out of style, Quatrine is your place.
