Bar Method has improved my quality of life. Prior to to beginning classes three years ago, I had chronic back pain and made frequent visits to the chiropractor. I knew exercise would be helpful, but until discovering Bar Method, I would get bored with other routines. I have tried every workout possible and have never found one that is (a) as effective (b) as safe for joints and muscles and (c) consistent in leaning out and growing muscles. Not to mention that the staff and studio are warm, welcoming, and calm at all times.
