Every time we go in, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They offered a free training session for both of us for signing up. The location is extremely convenient as well as their hours if operation. The equipment is up to date and everything is very clean. The fitness on demand option is very easy to use and has been open most times that I have been in the gym. You can take a cycle class/yoga/zoomba or whatever you are interested in whenever you want. I attended a yoga class with their instructor and was one of 2 people in the class for the day. It was very tailored to both of our needs and very fun! I've been to the gym at all hours of the day, it is rarely ever busy. Even between 5-7pm, it is very easy to use any equipment that you want, and I've never had to wait around. I especially enjoy the Alter G treadmill as it allows me to run for the first time in years.
