Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Dallas

This location outright LIES to it's customers then withdraws credit when attempted to use on the next order & hangs up on the customer! I placed a order for delivery. After a while they call to say I have to go to the dangerous gas station (at night) to meet the driver. He said he was already there so I go & he's not there! I had to wait 20 minutes for him to show up with my order online to find out it they messed up my order. I spent $35.14 that night & when I called to complain I was told they would credit my account & it would be good for a year BUT only if I called it in & at this specific location. I'm not happy but it's late so i accepted the credit. Just now I called to place an order & use my credit only for them to tell me credit only last 3 months. Either I was lied to back then or today. Tonight they completely refused to offer ANY way to make it right & after they made that clear they hung up on me! I wouldn't even dare to order from this location now as I'm confident they'll do something to my food given the tone they had...

ordered a pizza and wings online. both online and in the store it is insinuated that a dipping sauce is included. once you get into the store however, its 50 extra. Good old bait and switch advertising(which is against the law). I also find that they left off half the toppings. ordered a pizza with Pepperoni, ham, sausage and beef. only to find only ham and pepperoni. I called and to complain and spoke with the manager Daniel. I'm sorry I don't have time to drive back to pizza hut on my lunch break three times. He told me they'd try harder next time? you couldn't try this time? I mentioned it would probably be a while before I came back and he gets an attitude with me about. I just had a terrible experience at this Pizza Hut. So I’m across the street and decided to order a pizza. I look up Pizza Hut on google and they have a special, large 2 topping pizza if you pick it up for $5.99. I order a pizza with pepperoni and mushroom and 10 min. later I go and pick it up. I get back to the bar across the street and open the box. It’s a cheese and jalapeño pizza and I’m WTF. Now I’m mad, get back in my car, drive back to Pizza Hut but there’s a car at the window. Now I’m waiting and about 7 min. Later I pull up to the windows. It tell the clerk, this is not the pizza I ordered, she looks at the receipt and say, Oh I’m sorry someone put the wrong receipt on the box. We’re remaking you pizza, it will take about 7 min., then she shuts the window. Are you kidding me!!!!!!! I should have got my money back and a free pizza!
