Pizza is good but customer service is bad the girl at the register didnt even acknowledge us when me and my family entered she just went straight to the back. I know she saw us when we came in but didnt say I'm sorry I'll be right back or nothing! Then she returned and took the phone call order right in front of me before mine. I was here first I work in the customer service field too and I know you take care of the ones in front of you first that call should of been kindly put on hold. Then after finishing the call order that she took before mine she hangs up and just stares at me as if I knew she meant go ahead and order. Pssf so whatever i went ahead and started ordering. Customer service is everything for me I am one of those customers who wont return to the same place because of my experience. I also witnessed her do this to another customer as I waited. The older short lady from the back however was very friendly and was very helpful In letting people know how long they had to wait and also thanked them. I absolutely love pizza and some site locations for Pizza Patron are better than others, this location is hit or miss with food. My examples of this are from about 20 or so visits over the course of 2024. First is they (about 80% of the time) do not pick up their phones which might not be a big deal to some but to some who have a busy schedule and can't sit 30 minutes outside waiting can be bothersome. Second is the most important issue... the quality of pizza. About half the time I go is either undercooked or overcooked and to top it off one time they even added mushrooms under the cheese! Lastly is the wait, I have been to other chain locations and man have they been amazing with quality, time, and always answers their phone for pick up orders but this location has disappointed me time and time again that I will actively drive an extra 10 miles to a better Pizza patron location that has been wonders since I found it. The pizza was crafted very well, and the crust was thick and well done. This pizza definitely uses a very good kind of stringy cheese and has some good flavor and spices unlike other pizzas. The staff is very friendly, mature, greet-full and will nicely ask you if you want to add anything to your order that you might be interested to order, and service is really quick, and they are very honest about the wait time.
