Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Richardson

This location is fairly new and they are keeping it nice and clean. Every table has it's own napkin dispenser and a basket filled with ketchup and taco sauce packets. The TV was on sports and the staff was friendly. The dining room was open till midnight since I went on a Saturday and the drive thru is open 24 hrs. I shop with my app so I got great deals and even free food because of using the app. Today's offer was a free M fries (regular or curly) with any additional purchase in the app. The app is great because not only does it offer super deals but it lets you view pictures of the items along with their calorie count and offers customized ordering where you can decide what to leave off or add on or substitute and let's you see how much some items costs to be added or substituted. I understand that it's 1am but the line is long and I asked for my food to be fresh. Instead of asking me is the anything else, is there anything else, is there anything else just listen to what I have to say. Anyway my order was wrong and my food wasn't even luke warm. All they do is play and joke around at this location, it's very sad that you have to complain on grown people and nothing ever gets done by management.

Update 7.4.22 : Nothing has changed at all whatsoever. I'm tired of the "is there anything else" because these young kids are not listening. I went through the drive thru and asked for no ranch on my chicken sandwich. I asked her if she had it right and she just kept saying "is there anything else". Worst restaurant I have gone to , we ordered tacos and they were awful ,we open them up and they didn't put meat in them ,the meat that it had was at the end of the taco and looked like they put a teaspoon of meat only , WOW what did we pay for the teaspoon of meat or the lettuce , and then look at the burger as well looks like they grabbed the lettuce head and tore some of it off for the burger , these workers need to be shown how to make this food here or they will end up losing business, but I learn not to go there anymore THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GO AND GET FOOD .
