Sobador ignacio & Fisio-Terapia — Local services in Dallas

My husband Ahmed and I had the worst experience ever at Sobador Ignacio. I scheduled my appointment today March 15, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. I had previously told Sabador Ingacio that my husband will be bringing me to his office regarding my back pain. We never expected to be treated the way we got treated. Upon arrival to Sobador Ignacio’s office he opens the door to let us in but he did not say who he was I had to ask. Once my husband and I was in the office I told Ignacio that we will speak in English because my husband doesn’t speak Spanish. Sobador Ignacio said “solo se habla español”. Then, Ignacio proceeded to take us to the patient room. Ignacio told my husband where to sit. I had told Ignacio that I needed an adjustment only. Ignacio had me lay down on the bed and proceded to check my back but did not close the patient room so any one who passed by could see me on the bed and my husband got up to stand by the door so that no one could see me. While checking my back he told me “I do speak English but I don’t want to speak English here”. Then,he turned on his music in English and started singing along. Ignacio refused to let my husband understand what he was saying in Spanish. And, Sobador Ignacio was very rude. In the middle of the session he asked me if it was ok to pull my blouse up so that he could massage my back, my husband told Ignacio “NO, I don’t allow that”. Sobador Ignacio got very angry, very rude and yelled at my husband “GET OUT! GET OUT OF THIS ROOM! then, I told Ignacio IF my husband gets out I have to get out too! Ignacio got so angry and called 911. my husband asked why are you calling 911?! For what!? Ignacio did not respond to my husband. I told Ignacio we are done here so, charge us so that we can leave. Then, Ignacio said to me” You are being abused!. He was telling me that my husband was abusing me. Now, how dare him tell me that I’m being abused!?. This man do not know nothing about my life because this is the first time we visit his office. I repeated to Ignacio just charge us so that we can leave. He refused. And got his phone and started recording my husband and me for no reason. So, we sat in the waiting room since he had called 911. waiting. Until Ignacio said ok it’s $80.00. I said ok here take my bank card. He said, “no, only cash” so, I sent to him $120.00 through Zelle. We never expected to be treated the way Ignacio treated us so disrespectful. We will NEVER refer any one to this place. Sobador Ignacio is a very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional person and assumes things he doesn’t know about, assumes that some one is getting abused without knowing the truth. My husband is the most caring person, the most loving husband, takes care of me and protects me, doesn’t allow no one to disrespect me. I really don’t know what is wrong with this Sobador Ignacio. Mi esposo Ahmed y yo tuvimos la peor experiencia en Sobador Ignacio. Programé mi cita hoy 15 de marzo de 2023 a la 1:00 p. m. Anteriormente le había dicho a Sabador Ingacio que mi esposo me llevaría a su oficina por mi dolor de espalda. Nunca esperábamos que nos trataran como nos trataron. Al llegar a la oficina de Sobador Ignacio, abre la puerta para dejarnos entrar, pero no dijo quién era, tuve que preguntar. Una vez que mi esposo y yo estuvimos en la oficina le dije a Ignacio que hablaríamos en Inglés porque mi esposo no habla español. Sobador Ignacio dijo “solo se habla español”. Luego, Ignacio procedió a llevarnos a la habitación del paciente. Ignacio le dijo a mi esposo en Español en dónde sentarse. Yo le había dicho a Ignacio que solo necesitaba un ajuste. Ignacio hizo que me acostara en la cama y procedió a revisarme la espalda pero no cerró la habitación del paciente así que cualquiera que pasara pudiera verme en la cama y mi esposo se levantó de la silla donde estaba sentado para pararse junto a la puerta para que nadie pudiera verme. Mientras Ignacio revisaba mi espalda, me dijo: "Hablo inglés, pero no quiero hablar inglés aquí". Luego, encendió su música en inglés y comenzó a cantar. Ignacio se negó a que mi esposo entendiera lo que decía en español. Y, Sobador Ignacio fue muy grosero. En medio de la sesión me preguntó si estaba bien que me subiera la blusa para masajearme la espalda, mi esposo le dijo a Ignacio “NO, eso no lo permito”. Ignacio se enojó mucho, muy grosero y le gritó a mi esposo “¡FUERA! ¡SAL DE ESTA HABITACIÓN! entonces, yo le dije a Ignacio ¡Si mi esposo sale yo también tengo que salir! Ignacio se enojó mucho y llamó al 911. Mi esposo preguntó por qué llamas al 911?! ¿¡Para qué!? Ignacio no le respondió a mi esposo. Y yo Le dije a Ignacio que hemos terminado aquí, así que cobrenos lo que debemos para que podamos irnos. Entonces, Ignacio me dijo “¡Estás siendo abusada!”. Me estaba diciendo que mi esposo estaba abusando de mí. Ahora, ¿cómo se atreve a decirme que estoy siendo abusado? Este hombre no sabe nada de mi vida porque es la primera vez que visitamos su oficina. Le repetí a Ignacio solo cobrenos lo que debemos para que nos podamos ir. El se negó. Y tomó su teléfono y comenzó a grabarnos a mi esposo y a mí sin ningún motivo. Entonces, nos sentamos en la sala de espera ya que había llamado al 911. esperando. Hasta que Ignacio dijo ok son $80.00. Dije bien, aquí toma mi tarjeta bancaria. Él dijo, “no, solo efectivo”, así que le envié $120.00 a través de Zelle. Nunca esperamos ser tratados de la forma en que Ignacio nos trató tan irrespetuosamente. NUNCA referiremos a nadie a este lugar. Sobador Ignacio es una persona muy grosera, irrespetuosa, nada profesional y asume cosas que no sabe, asume que alguien está siendo abusado sin saber la verdad. He is a great man, he has done everything possible for my husband. My husband was in so much pain he couldn't even get up so we can go to Ignacio's office that he ended up coming to our home. He went above and beyond to take care of my husband i highly appreciated him and i also highly recommended him. He does a great job and is very professional. I do not think you can find anyone better than him. For any pains don't shop around or look around come to him.
