I found Tina in 2012 and I want to express to you how Tina has been an exceptional realtor providing the extraordinary service to me as a customer for the past 9 years. Tina is a stellar representation of VIP Realty. Tina is not only my realtor, but she has truly become a big part of my family over time. She has been available for all my real estate needs and has been the ONLY realtor I am willing to work with during this time span. Tina has now sold/rented me my 6th house and the words “pleased with her services” is surely an understatement. She has truly been there for my family and I through the ups and downs within the housing market, never failing to answer a question or providing guidance on the next steps necessary to assure we have the ultimate buying/renting experience. Tina is polite, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. She is an amazing joy to work with. My last home I purchase in September of 2024 was her most outstanding work as she took the necessary steps and efforts to assure we were completely satisfied with the home we purchased as she has taken the time to learn what my needs and wants are. She would not let me settle until I found my perfect home. We truly are ecstatic about our new home but know we could not have found such a remarkably priced home and hidden gem without Tina. We finally bought our dream home! We began our search with Nikki Brooks in August of last year, and after 10 months and touring nearly 100 homes, we secured the perfect home for our family. In hindsight, it was a daunting task to buy a home with so much uncertainty. We were traveling throughout the year, moving to Plano from Hawaii, and the pandemic spiraled out in the middle of our search with nearly all new inventory coming to a standstill. But thanks to Nikki we made it!

She has been a professional throughout every step of the process. We changed our criteria so many times from our budget, location, and even the style of home, yet she was able to cater the search to us every time. We went as far as almost closing on a different home, but after the inspection report came back with too many issues, without any hesitation she supported us in the decision to pullout.

When we finally selected our home, there were multiple buyers interested, but she came through again to assure the sellers that we were the right buyers for the home. Closing during the pandemic seemed impossible, our financing fell through and we had to scramble to find new lenders while securing a new closing date, but it seemed like no matter challenge or pressure from the seller’s side, she was able to reassure us and manage both parties. The price is good but that is about it. I would have liked to recommend VIP because of their price, but in all good conscience cannot because of the total lack of professionalism (bordering on illegal) conduct of Shawna King, the realtor that was assigned to us. She was no help in selling or pricing the house (didn't really expect that with this inexpensive service), but that was not really an issue. Later she was rude to me over the email about the procedures of the final walk through, but that is not what infuriated me either.What truly makes this a one star review (if it could be a negative star it would be) is the fact that Shawna King GAVE THE PROSPECTIVE BUYERS AND THEIR AGENT THE KEYS TO OUR PROPERTY (this was our family's home which had me and my children in it) OVER TWENTY-FOUR HOURS PRIOR TO CLOSING. Anybody who knows anything about laws in this country will tell you that the keys DO NOT change hands until the funding does, let alone over a day before ANY closing documents were signed. This was completely wrong, needless to say, unprofessional, and then Shawna King proceeded to lecture me on why her conduct was fine (apparently because she is 'licensed' she can give away keys to my house or it's just because she 'a good person' either way she is above the law). Overall I would recommend avoiding this service or at least Shawna King unless you want to be treated rudely, yelled at, and have your safety/property...
