Please pay attention to how your employees follow the established work schedule. almost every time I come in to order smoothie after a workout (when the bar should be open according to the schedule they have) there is some kind of problem. employees either leave work 2 hours early or they are simply not at the workplace, last week a girl instead of being at her workplace was doing a workout in the gym and I had to wait 20 minutes for her to finish training someone before she did mine order, today it was the same, I came to place an order and I saw that her things were there, but she was training in the gym and the smoothie bar was closed. why don't these people work on a set schedule? please...
