I haven't had no issue with this Starbucks UNTIL this morning it's been about 1 Year that I have been visiting this location since I moved around this area but TODAY was the WORST customer service I have received from a young Hispanic female and a young Hispanic male with braces. I was behind a Red Toyota from a far distance it seem like a Starbucks worker was just finishing up throwing the trash but she stopped and seem like she knew the driver of the red Toyota she stopped NOT AT THE BOX but stop by the parking lot and seemed to me like they knew each other and decided to talk so I went around to THE ACTUAL BOX just so one of the workers to come on the speaker box and tell me I had skipped the line that didn't exist there was no cars not busy on the drive thru and I had to make my way to work so to me it's a grab and go well they had nothing to respond back when I had asked what line they spoke about because never since I have lived in this area have they ever taken orders outside before the box specially when it's busy or in this situation was not. I asked for an explanation and they just had nothing to say besides that I had cut the red car in front of me to me it gave me FAVORITISM and I get it but the way it was handled to me it was very unprofessional. I would love to hear back on how will this never happen again. If taking orders outside is the new thing I can't wait to see this happen for the up coming week. Thank you for the surprised service this morning.

Read moreI was super excited there was a Starbucks on my way to work. I started ordering here and this will be the last time. As other reviews mentioned, the 2 girls that work up front want to chat the whole morning and are distracted all the time. Very rude, and extremely unpleasant. This is the second time back to back that I have made a mobile order and when I got there my drink was either not ready and/or completely wrong. I do not drink coffee at all for stomach reasons, ordered a matcha, took a huge swig of my drink and it’s a latte. I let them know and for some reason they looked at each other and laughed ? Not sure what would be funny about that. So now I have to wait for the drink I ordered 15 min ago. I’m watching her make it and she’s making it wrong. I watch her blend the whole drink and I ask her did she put the added lavender powder I requested ? She said “I’m putting it in now” (she did this the last time I was there 3 days ago). Please explain to me why you would put a powder in a drink you’ve already mixed. Again, finally given my drink 20 minutes after I ordered it on the app with NOOOO apology and it’s not even made properly.
I also reached out and asked for managers number and they “don’t have a manager” right…..

Read moreYoung lady and her fellow coworkers that on 01/15/2025 around ~2PM were very rudely given drinks to an app orders. Regular customer here, usually the white elder ladies or young guys and long curly hair guy with make up and also short black her you g lady have been taking really good care with just a welcome in and handled drinks to customers very nicely. However on this day, customer came in to picking up 5 drinks, politely asked for a big bag with some stickers to cover all the lids but the skinny young lady with kinda curly hair-ish brown skin threw the stickers and a bag to a customer. Customer asked for a bigger stickers, without saying a word to customer she threw it again then be on her phone at all time , still no words since beginning to the customer then ran to the back where the inventory stuff. This is very disgusting attitude towards the customer. Therefore her coworkers( short young men with curly hair who were taking care or drive thru) saw she did and just laughed it off in front of the customer. This type of attitude and service deserves to be review and not allow to work in customer service environment at all. Very disappointed. Unwelcoming behavior in Starbucks really?!...
