I asked a 4th time, when she quickly stuck it in my cup of fro yo. I in turn, quickly snatched it out of my cup; Because I was asking for it so that I could wipe it off with a napkin before putting it in my dessert. I didn't make a scene, but I was very angered by what she did, due to the fact that it seemed she was determined to weigh my yogurt with the spoon sitting in it verses handing it to me as I asked her to do. This needs to be addressed expeditiously. You can not force someone to take your dirty spoon handled by different employees and sitting a dusty dispensary cabinet. YOU HAND THE SPOON OVER TO THE CUSTOMER IF THEY REQUEST THEIR EATING UTENSIL BE HANDED TO THEM. I WIPED OFF MY SPOON, BUT I SHOULDNT HAVE TO GO THRU THAT BEHIND A SPOON!!! I got a meal at Egg n Bird through their online ordering, and didn’t pay attention to what location I picked. Thankfully the kind guest services at yogurtland helped me out with no problems, kindness, and speed. I’m very thankful to have received my refund so quickly. It doesn’t stop there. The food I had at ‘Egg n Bird’ in Plano, was some of the best, quickly made food I’ve had in a while. The team was very quick and helpful when I showed up to pick up my order and it was there. I still wanted to try the food. So they had my order out in less than 2 mins and it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a while. The crunch on the chicken, the sweetness of the honey, the perfectly cooked fried egg on top. Perfection. Thank you again for outstanding Customer service and incredible food. I will be returning...

Showed up for the Holiday Flavor testing with my mom! It was fun, quick, and easy. The employees were very friendly! Got a couple freebies and the best part was eating some of their frozen yogurt :) Thank you for having us, and hope we can experience this all over again...
