It pains me to write this review. I’ve been a fan of Juiceland for four years. Even in Austin, I always make a stop, as the Cesar Chavez location is my favorite. However, as others have said, some staff still haven’t quite learned how to make the smoothies. I’ve been on back-to-back Sundays, with the most recent being the last two Sundays, and it appears to be the same Sunday staff that can’t seem to get it right. Also, one of the blenders sounds like the blades are out, so I’m unsure if that’s part of the issue. I’ve been religiously ordering the same drinks too; last Sunday was the last straw. The color didn’t even look the same either, and so many chunks did not blend well, pic for reference. On other days that I’ve gone, the staff is super welcoming, and I have no issues, but it seems when I want to do a Sunday reset or at least the last two Sundays, there is no point because the drink quality isn’t great. According to the screen, there seems to be not that many orders but you can still expect to wait 20 minutes for your drink. Last Sunday, there seemed to be three people working but only one guy making smoothies causing a drastic delay.

I’ve been frequenting Juice Land since they first opened in Austin. Was very happy to see their first store in Dallas open some years ago. That location on Lovers does a good job but nothing beats the OG This location needs a lot of work training their drink makers. I ordered 2 large honey beary and the cost was $21 pre-tip. I’ve had this drink many times and this experience was not good, the drink makers weren’t ready to be left alone as they were slow and did not have recipe memorized for this drink as they were continually looking at the drink recipes which are on wall by blenders. I know it’s hard to find help these days but for the prices you’re asking are way too high to be leaving amateurs in charge. I’ll try this location again in a few weeks, and if it’s better I’ll change my rating. I’m not looking for any freebies I just want to get value for my money.. The lobby is super small, claustrophobic really. Not a great idea when busy with temperatures above 90 by noon

Brae'shawn, Hannah and the whole team do an amazing job every time I'm here. I come in at least 4 times a week, and they are constantly kind, smiling and get my order done just as I ask. This location can get packed at times, but the wait is worth it. Part of the reason I'm in so often is my wife has braces, and these are a part of her dietary regime. All the ones we've gotten have been great! Sidenote: at peak times it can get pretty crowded, and you'll have to wait a little for your order. But c'mon, I'm not having to peel a bunch of fruit and veggies, blend them, clean up and the rest. Good things may take a minute but it saves me time. Plus, you can order ahead AND for delivery. Win, win! Thanks y'all, keep at it!! šŸ«¶šŸ½šŸ„‡šŸ‘‹šŸ½

I own a local plumbing company here in East Dallas called Workman Plumbing, and I usually grab coffee on Saturdays for all my F45 workout friends at the Mockingbird/Greenville location. For a while, I had been going to La La Land Coffee, which is in the same shopping plaza, but after a string of not-so-great experiences, I decided to try something new — and I’m so glad I gave JuiceLand a shot.

This morning (Saturday), I walked into JuiceLand and placed a large order for 24 drinks. From the moment I stepped through the door, the entire team made me feel incredibly welcome. They weren’t just friendly — they were genuinely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took the time to walk me through the menu, offered great suggestions, and made me feel like more than just a customer. And get this — they even went out of their way to deliver the drinks across the parking lot to my F45 gym so I didn’t have to miss my workout. That kind of service is rare these days, and it honestly meant a lot.

Every single one of my workout classmates raved about the drinks — they were gone immediately. Everyone kept asking where I got them, how fresh they tasted, and how good they felt afterward. The juices were cold, clean, energizing, and full of flavor. You could tell there was real care put into making them. It wasn’t just good — it was exceptional.

From this point forward, I’ll be making JuiceLand part of my Saturday ritual. I’ll be placing that same large order each week because I know the quality and service are both rock solid. Just wanted to say thank you to the entire team who showed up early, smiled big, and took care of everything this morning. Y’all earned a repeat customer and a whole bunch of new fans from the F45 crew.

Highly recommend this spot — they’ve got something special going on.

The staff here usually rock. I usually get night shift. I love to get one of their juices and one smoothie with a slight modification after a 12hr hospital shift. They always rock it. For the watermelon based juice, I leave out a little orange juice and get a little extra lemon/lime/watermelon. It makes it a bit more sour and it's been my favorite. My 81yo grandpa loves it, too. Also got my fiancƩ hooked.

Today they were training during a rush; my smoothie came out chunky and too thick to drink from the straw, but they remade it without question. This gave me a good experience despite the snafu. I felt bad about this but the remade smoothie much better tasting like normal. I'm glad they offered because it kept my experience positive whereas I was initially a little sad (had a rough morning).

The manager, Daniel, is always personable and keeps things orderly. The crew keeps the shop clean and folks are generally very polite. You can tell the working culture is good.

I wish it weren't so loud, but that's what blenders do. They make a...
