UPDATE: took shoes to store in North Park and NO questions asked they sent them for repair in new york. Tod's customer service was top notch today. Original post: I purchased 2 pair of almost $900.00 loafers (a piece) about 2 months ago. I have literally only worn a pair 2 times (yesterday and today), and they have burst at the seams. Smh, this is beyond disappointing, and i definitely won't be buying another pair of shoes from there. I have Coach shoes (several pair) that I can wear dozens of times and they won't burst at the seams. TF.
