I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again. Poor poor poor service. Poor management. I placed a timed delivery order which I waited two extra hours for. Three hours from order time had passed so I called the store to see what was going on. The manager, John, said they weren’t doing delivery. I asked him what happened to my order then since I placed it online and the tracker still shows it’s live and my card has been processed. He said he didn’t know because he wasn’t doing deliveries. I asked why no one reached put and he said he didn’t know. As I asked him for his general managers name and his name again he refused to answer or give me a time when she would be in. Then he hung up on me. When I called back he did not answer ignoring my calls or hanging up on me. When I emailed the gm she did not email me back nor call me. You run a poor store here and regardless or the location you should conduct yourself and your staff better. You “kill them with kindness”. This is why Pizza Hut isn’t number one anymore. Because you don’t know how to staff or teach customer service. I’ve worked for pizza for 10 years and it’s an industry I respect. I tip well and order often. I get it. I did not swear or yell or berate your team members. I followed the steps a customer should. To which I was ignored. I asked her the store number and franchisees name and your manager, John, did not know this information. That’s embarrassing. Your staff should know this. It’s most often times on the window of the store. The fact that he couldn’t figure that out tells me he shouldn’t be in the position to begin with. I’m sure no one will respond to this as no one has responded to my calls or emails. Poor poor look Pizza Hut. We will take our money to a place that acts like competent humans. Thanks...
Read moreOrdered online. After being charged, it said online that my wait time was 502 minutes. I called to inquire and was hung up on. I called again and was on hold for 45 mins. I called corporate office, she apologized and said she couldnt get a hold of the store to check on status, and that I'd get a call in 1-3 business days for a refund. I tried calling a different store nearby and they answered right away, almost sad for me as this happens all the time but they couldn't check my order.
I called the store one last time but pressed option 1, the option to place an order, and sure enough someone answered right away to take my money. I asked her if she could check the status of my online order. She said, "Well this is just a busy time for the store. Let me transfer you directly to them." I got transferred, and was hung up on.
It's so ridiculous, it's asinine. After 1.5 hours of waiting, I placed an order with domino's. They delivered within 20 minutes.
I understand Friday nights are busy, but answer your phone and let me know so that I can at least cancel it. I have 4 kids staying with me who are...
Read moreReplace the manager who said his name was Arelleo. He was rude, insulting and in no way customer friendly. To begin, my on line order, which was two 3 topping large $10 each specials ended up as one large full price. How your system fouled this up, I do not know but I was charged $17.91 instead of $10.82. When I got to the store and found this out, the manager said he could not do anything about it because the single full price large pizza was the order they received. I went ahead and ordered the second pizza; the manager took my order verbally, he did not write it down. I took my 2 pizzas home without visually checking them. At home I found the second pizza had the wrong sauce on it. I took it back and the manager told me that I told him the sauce he put on it. I told him he was wrong, but all he did was to very insultingly tell me that he knew for a fact that that was the sauce I had ordered and because I had taken the pizza out of the store he would do nothing for me.
