Dr. Cheng and her staff are exceptional! Dr. Cheng is a very gifted dentist. She has a gentle touch; explains exactly what she is doing and even calls the next day to see how you are doing. I always dreaded the Novocain shots, but with Dr. Cheng, they are painless! I'm not kidding! (and I don't tolerate pain at all!) Janis, the hygienist, is the best ever! She does a very thorough cleaning, with a gentle touch. Can't say enough nice things about her! And Dr. Chengs medical assistant and office manager, Andi, is not only so very competent as a dental assistant, but also so friendly and helpful with your appointments, insurance and I don't know how she does it, but is always so calm and very funny too!
