Extremely poor preparation and handling for their BOGO promotion days. Went back in April for their BOGO grapefruit drink. When ordering they said it would be an hour wait due to the preparation needed for the grapefruit toppings. After an hour of waiting they eventually said they ran out of the toppings and was having waiting customers come up to choose their replacement topping, leading to even longer waits. Drink was supposed be a slushie but melted into juice by the time I got it.
Three months later I’d expect improvements by now, but today was even worse for the matcha drink BOGO. At opening time they immediately said it would be 30 mins before any of the promotion drinks are ready since they didn’t have the cloud topping yet. Would have expected them to prepare for the influx of orders beforehand. After ordering my drinks, I waited 2 HOURS for them. They kept running out of parts of the drink, leading to a bottleneck in drink assembly. The worst part was that they stopped taking any orders within a few minutes of opening, both in the app and in person because their printing system broke. People who came at opening continued to wait in line for over 2 hours and didn’t get to place their orders. Line continued to grow longer in the two hours I was there while no orders were being taken. Staff was apologetic and kind when customers came up to ask, but did not actively convey this to the customers in the growing line that was not moving at all. Very disappointed and shocked to witness their seemingly lack of preparation, communication, and...

If you're planning to come, prepare to wait. The line was all the way to the corner of Shengkee. Got in line at 12:25pm and got my drink at 2:05pm. So it was about a 1.5hr wait...
For the first 3 days, they're having a bogo deal (opening special menu).
Then for the rest of the week, it's bogo 50% off.
Tip: download the app and sign up for 15% off your order, up to $5.
One of the staff will come around with the menu and mark down the orders on the paper, which then you'll give to the person in front of the counter. This made things much faster. One thing I noticed is that some ppl were allowed to order more than one BOGO.. which is kind of unfair to everyone else.
Let’s talk about the BOGO discount - I ordered the Mango Grapefruit Boom ($7.49 and to upgrade its $1 totaling to $8.49) and the Matcha Jasmine Latte ($7.99 + 0.49 cents for added bobo pops = $8.48). You would think that they would charge you for the most expensive drink and the other one would be completely free but no, since I added the topping, it doesn't count. Also I upgraded my drink to a large. I only got $7.49 off my order which makes NO SENSE. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t mad. Just letting you know so you don't have to make the same mistake.
Overall 3.5/5 for the drinks and experience. The matcha Jasmine was good and the Mango one was nothing too special. Imo it's not worth the 1.5hr wait. I would definitely come back for their other drinks once they allow online ordering.

Read moreThis was a total trainwreck of an event — disorganized, disrespectful, and downright insulting to customers. Easily the worst BOGO experience I’ve ever had, and one of the most poorly run promos I’ve seen at any business.
I’ve been coming here fairly often — drinks are average, service is usually just okay — but this was beyond unacceptable.
I showed up at 11am when the store opened, expecting the BOGO event to be a fun and smooth experience. Instead, staff ignored all in-store customers and focused only on prepping online orders. People in line were completely disregarded — no updates, no explanation, no sense of urgency. 30 minutes in, we were told they’d start taking orders in another 30 minutes.
Two hours go by. 2 full hours. Then they say the machine is broken and they’re no longer taking orders — with zero compensation for the people who had waited patiently the whole time. No vouchers, no apologies, just a flat dismissal. Outrageous.
Then — miraculously — after 2.5 hours, drinks start coming out again. But the self-order machine is still down, so now they’re hand-writing each order... which takes 5 minutes per ticket. We finally manage to order, but it's now been another 20 minutes and we still haven’t received our drinks.
How do you run a promo, draw in a massive crowd, and then completely fumble every part of the process? No communication, no customer care, no accountability. This wasn’t just a bad day — this was a full-blown failure of management and basic service....
