Burlington — Local services in Daly City

Hate coming to this Burlington even though it’s local because they don’t let customers use the bathrooms. I don’t understand why they even have them. The last time I asked for the bathroom they said they were out of order I let them know I just wanted to change my baby’s diaper in there and they said to ask the security whom said yes and while I was changing my baby’s diaper in there I saw the employees go in & use the bathroom so they were not out of order after all and on this trip today I wanted to use the bathroom and they said it’s only for employees. These restrooms definitely look like they are supposed to be for customers. They have a big red sign indicating the restrooms to the customers but they are not for the customers. First time I see this kind of thing at a store. This is literally the only store that has done this and it’s not okay to do this to customers. I like Burlington but I don’t like going here because I love taking my time shopping and it’s just not fun when you need to go pee but have to still wait in line, pay and get home to be able to use the restroom. Even though I love Burlington, this is why I go to Ross right in front I shop comfortably usually for about 2 hours and if I have to use the restroom I have peace knowing I can always leave my cart of stuff with the fitting room lady and they always watch it and no...

Enjoyed shopping around until I got in a long line which was expected!! When I got to the cashier he began to rang up merchandise there was no visibility of the prices ringing up. I asked the cashier why can't I see the prices as he was ringing up, he said that it is a new system !!! I told him it didn't make sense that Can not see the prices as he was ringing them up!! He kept insisting that this was anew system!! Having worked in retail years ago, I knew he was LYING!! AND HE KEPT SAYING IT!! I HAD TO TRUST WHAT HE SAID!! AFTER I PAID FOR IT I DID CHECK MY RECEIPT IT SEEMED TO BE RIGHT!! When I grabbed my bag I began to walk away and had to pass the other cashier's all were to going up the prices that was visible to the customer!! I STOPPED AND MENTION WHAT I HAD EXPERIENCED TO ONE OF THE CASHIERS AND HE WAS VERY APOLOGITIC TO ME!! AND IT SHOULD OF BEEN VISIBLE FOR THE CUSTOMER TO SEE!! It's fine. The selection is decent for many things, but if you're looking for better deals, Ross is across the street. One thing I don't like, however, is that the entrance is roped off, and you need a security guard to give you access in and out of the store. Fire code anyone?
