The manager refused to take back damaged clothing because it wasn’t in “re-sellable condition” even thought they sold it to us in a condition that was not “re-sellable” (the clothing had never even been worn). It was a Christmas present, so we didn’t notice the defects right away. We were within the allowable time for a return, had the original receipt, etc. The only reason they wouldn’t take it back was because it was defective, the very reason we needed to return it. So their quality assurance folks never make any mistakes and never let an article of clothing get passed them unless it’s perfect? Seriously not impressed. The lighting etc. reminds me quite a bit if Abercrombie & Fitch (my favorite jeans and quality shirts). However, the clothes are not that good. I get the impression that the staff saw me as a nonbuyer, which I find both good and bad. But for them to know, there is a chance you might actually sell something to a time-killing-shopper.
