I am writing to share my recent experience at the Danbury Mall location, as I believe constructive feedback can be valuable for enhancing customer service.
I have always appreciated the unique styles and quality of the clothing offered by your brand. However, during my recent visits, I have encountered challenges with the customer service provided by the associates at this location. Unfortunately, I did not feel welcomed or valued as a customer. The staff's demeanor often felt uninviting, and I experienced what seemed like excessive scrutiny while browsing the store.
Additionally, when I approached associates with questions, the responses were frequently brief and lacking in engagement. As a loyal customer who has made several purchases for various occasions, I would like to feel a greater sense of warmth and support during my shopping experience.
I believe that a meeting or training session with the team could be beneficial in enhancing their approach to customer interactions. A focus on creating a more welcoming atmosphere would undoubtedly improve the overall shopping experience for customers.

Read moreFor the first time shopping in the store it was just a typical store. Nothing special jumped out at me. The store does not have a large inventory of product. They do however have beautiful clothing. You are bound to find something you will like here, and if not for yourself, then for someone else. If you need to order something, the shipping is free when ordered directly at the store. The only problem is the shipping is very, very slow. I was in on a Tuesday, and by Friday the item still had not shipped. The overall experience I have had with the store, ordering, and shipping is not one that I am willing to go back and do again with this store. Read moreAs a regular shopper of Anthro, I can’t believe how bad the staff is in this store. I have given them so many chances. They seem to really just hate their job. They don’t even acknowledge they have a customer in the store. If you do need their help, they seem completely bothered. The staff at the Free People in the same mall are so friendly and welcoming.
